Does Willian play the same role as Hazard but on the opposite flank? If so, he's not as good as I though offensively. He must be a good defender then to keep starting all these games.

Not really. Azpi is a more defensive fullback allowing Hazard to stay forward. Ivanovic plays as a second striker at times so Willian has to track back often.
This makes sense. I always said that Iva was "luckier" to be playing on the right side with the liberty to go forward all the time.

He averages nearly 6 pts per every 90 mins played. If you can guarantee him playing 90 mins then he's a good punt.
