Welcome to this week’s Scout Picks Community Champion vote. Here’s a reminder of how this works. As part of our revamped Scout Picks, Mark, myself, Paul and a community champion picked by you each week are up against each other. All four teams are then used to decide our final weekly Scout Picks.

We are now looking for Gameweek 32’s Scout Picks Community Champion to represent you and get one over on The Scouts as well as be in with a chance of winning a special prize. The champion who manages the best Gameweek score (or best score from the first ten matches in a double Gameweek) will win a £100 Amazon voucher.

To put yourself forward simply add in your Gameweek 32 Scout Picks. For everyone else please upvote the poster you would like to represent you based on their picks.

We only need 11 picks and please be mindful of the 84m budget. There’s no captain in the picks either and please stick to a designated FPL formation, including no more than three players from one team.

I’ll leave this vote open until 10am tomorrow (Wednesday) when I will announce the winner, who will be asked to submit their final XI plus 200 word explanation to me by 5pm Thursday.

Any attempts to disrupt the voting process may lead to the team involved being removed at our discretion. Also the comment section below is for those who want to present their teams and vote. If you have any suggestions on how the Scout Picks can be improved further next year please email me at jonty@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk rather than leave a comment below.

    Davis
    Cresswell Bertrand Clyne
    Henderson Hazard Sanchez Mata
    Kane Remy Sakho

    Points to Note:
Sanchez plays as I cant see Burnley holding out a rampant Arsenal midfield.
Mata likes to score in big games.
What better time to have a triple Southampton defence?

I thought I was the only one thinking this. Should really be disqualified if thats going on. As should mine if those two votes are you and Thomass only.

There are 2 S.African entries both with support from the team...

We can't control who votes for us, tbh plenty of winning entries this season were from 'popular posters', hopefully some of the rest of us can try to redress the balance! 😉

I wasnt doing that, but the absence of denial was rather telling. Please note I waited till after the deadline to post this one.

I didn't feel like I needed to deny anything, I was trying not to get involved in a back and forth on these pages (as we were instructed) but not succeeding!

                  Anyway, happy to move on.

Here is my team for the week:

    Davis(HUL)

    Bertrand(HUL) Dawson(LEI) Sakho(NEW)

    Hazard(qpr) Henderson(NEW) Ozil(bur) Mane(HUL)

    Kane(AVL) Kun(mun) Sturridge(NEW)

    Total:83.5

    Explanation.

    - I went with 3 Soton players and 3 Liverpool players because both teams have plum home fixtures. A CS against Hull and Newcastle is almost a certainty atm so I double up on Soton defense and went with Sakho for his baps potential. Mane will be back in the team after Soton failed to score without him. He has a good home record too. Liverpool-Newcastle is historically a game where Liverpool score many goals. I expect Liverpool to carve up the depleted Newcastle defense so I went with Henderson (in form and on pens) and the differential Sturridge.

    - Pulis will be looking to make amends after the team's last game at home. They welcome Dawson back who has good goal scoring potential.

    - Hazard and Kane pick themselves. I went for Ozil instead of Sanchez and didn't let 1 game affect my decision with judgement. Ozil is still more involved in the attacking play and is on all set-pieces. There is a small chance Sanchez is rested for the cup too.

    - I opted for Kun as another differential this week as he has a great record against utd. I am betting he ends his bad luck in City's biggest remaining game of the season.

I'll enter the ring, as I need to have a look at the fixtures in detail to sort my team out anyway. (read: commited)

    Speroni

    Berty - Ivanovic - Bellerin

    Hazard - Sanchez - ADM - Silva

    Kane - Berahino -Studge

-Keeper - Cant see Hull registering that many shots, so for a similarly high chance of a CS, Speroni has the potential for more points than Davis. The only one I can see getting more is Adrian facing Jonathan Penalty Walters.

-Defenders - Berty and Ivan will be duplicated in every team I expect, and Bellerin likewise has a strong fixture, not that a goal two weeks in a row can be expected.

-Midfielders - Hazard and Sanchez are self explanatory. Silva and ADM are reliant on something happening this weekend, both teams need a win, anything else is not enough. Hence I'd expect full on commitment from both sides, and these two profiting.

-Frorwards - Cheap and cheerful pairing, with the fixtures to sign. The inclusion of Sturridge will be reassessed after the cup replay. Potentially Giroud could slot in as he does love taking on flat back 10's.

    Courtois

    Clyne , Bertrand , Lescott

    Sterling , Mane , Hazard , Sanchez

    Remy , Murray , Kane

Courtois : Mistake vs Stoke but have to fancy a Chelsea cs
Double Southampton : Clean sheet potential + attacking potential
Lescott : Attacking threat + clean sheet potential

Sterling : Back to playing in the attacking 3 + good fixture Newcastle missing defenders
Mane : Expect him to regain position + very good stats
    Hazard : Picks himself
Sanchez : Return to form + favourable fixture

Remy : Favourable fixture vs old club . Looks like he will start
Murray : Impressive performance vs City . 4 in his last 4 . J.K endorses this pick
    Kane : Picks himself
