Myself, Granville and Jonty welcomed Fantasy Premier League royalty for this week’s episode, as reigning champion, Tom Fenley, made his belated ScoutCast debut.

Tom joined us to talk us through his difficult post-championship season, whilst lending his informed view the situation facing the current Fantasy Football Scout league leader, and FPL number one, Simon March, aka “Dufflinks”.

Of course, we were also glad to have Tom’s expertise on board to help us grapple with the latest round of topics fed to us by the community. Amongst the many issues tackled, we attempt to explain the withering form of Sergio Aguero, discussing the merits or otherwise of an Argentine exit strategy.

    Seeing Gnu mentioning Yahoo on the last page was a blast from the past and reminded me of other search engines I used to use like Hotbot, Alta Vista and Web Crawler.

    How does this tentative plan look for the upcoming weeks

    This week: Austin -> Gomis, save 2nd FT

    Gwk 33: Naughton -> Schlupp, save 2nd FT

    Gwk 34: Bertrand, Eriksen & Sanchez -> Skrtel, Henderson & Coutinho/Fabregas, -4.

    It gives me: Skrtel, Schlupp, Terry, Hazard, Henderson, Coutinho/Fabregas for -4.

    Decent provisional plan? Anything obvious I'm overlooking?

    Hmm. Its actually only against the big teams that Sturridge hasn't started. Has also not yet blanked when in the starting XI since his return from injury.

    The more I think about it, the more he seems like the outstanding captaincy option for GW34, given its against West Brom and Hull...

    I already have Terry Hazard and Moreno for the DGW:

    gw 33: Sanchez --> Fabregas
    gw 34: Eriksen --> Coutinho

    I also have Myhill and Given as my gk, but wba's fixtures aren't that great after gw 34, so the original plan was to do Given --> Davis but I feel that 5 dgw players isn't enough so which one:

    A) Moses (5th middfielder) --> Henderson
    B) Given --> Mignolet instead of Davis (already have Clyne as Saints cover)
