I watched the live scoutcast last night and thoroughly enjoyed it thanks to all the team. (Mark stop picking yours ears!)
My missus asked me what was I watching and I explained to her that the Fantasy scout team were now doing a live cast. She couldn't get over it she knows I'm online chatting to you guys but didn't realise the level it's at here she thought it was a bit of a skit beforehand, but on seeing the cast her view has changed.
Well done to all concerned for continuously bringing scout to a more and more professional level.

yep. Gf doesn't at all understand the joy in watching three middle-aged men from another country, talking about the one game she doesnt at all understand why I'm enjoying... Mostly when i watch a scoutcast she gets curiosed why I'm so quiet, and goes over to see what I'm doing, but when she sees it, she just rolls her eyes, and goes back studying...
For some reason Fantasy football and the likes seems to have a bad rep with the women,(maybe not all) it's like they think we're wasting valuable time.

Yes but watch if per say ye had kids(hope I'm not speaking out of turn here but speaking from my experience) she will want he/she involved in local sports to improve social skills, Athleticism and general well being.
It's only then that some women appreciate the positive effect sport can have on society.Playing sport is different to watching it though. Exercise and community involvement are certainly positives. Watching sport however, not so much

Yep I have to say I thought there was some great discussion last night. The best Scoutcast of the season for me.
My girlfriend does not understand it at all, she still finds it very peculiar that every Monday night I lie awake in bed watching 3 middle aged bearded men on webcams.
I don't blame her really.
The scoutcast does bring home all that's sad and geeky about FPL. But as soon as you're comfortable with that fact, then its great.
And to top it off three middle aged men then discussed comics at the end.

Why not do Cesc to Sanchez this week for free, bench Murray and play 4 defenders? Then get Giroud on the week after, if you want Sanchez more then Giroud this week that is.

If Giroud get rested it is most likely against Wba in gw38.
That's why keeping Kane may make more sense than we realise.
I'm probably getting Giroud in for Vardy and ditch him for Benteke in gw38.

If Villa are safe Benteke could also be rested for the FA Cup final. Much less likely than Giroud though.
More likely Sunderland in midweek. However a lot will depend on their league position and his form. If he keeps up his performances I think he'll play every game between now and the end of the season.

PVA are basically playing as a winger and has a DGW. Keep or buy.
This leaves two open spots, one keeper and one forward.
I suggest to choose one of these two options:
A: Panti, Giroud (this is my preferred options)
B: Ospina, Benteke

I had the same hopeful thought on the can this morning fellow Costa owner.
Surely Mourinho would recognize there is nothing else left to achieve this season other than getting Costa a boot filled with gold like preserved baby shoes.
This is Mourinho, he prefers to win matches than golden boots (because he can´t play).
He also likes selling players for above value prices to bankroll his new pickups... golden boots help with that.
I can't imagine he'll want to stick with Costa much longer if this is how he has to baby him, might as well help him chase a record in meaningless matches.

Just had a look and when they won the title under Mourinho in 2004-05, they played 3 games after sealing it:

Newcastle 1-1 Chelsea
In 2005-06, there were 2 games after they clinched it:
Blackburn 1-0 Chelsea

Of course, that's a long time ago and a different side, but that does not indicate to me that Mourinho steps up the attacking with nothing to play for.in fact why would a manager purposely step up the attacking after they have won the title? i guess chelsea will just do a professional job and prepare as normal.
If anything, it indicates that Mourinho teams surprisingly take their foot of the pedal completely. Two 1-0 defeats to Blackburn and Newcastle last time he won the Premiership. In fact, of those 5 games, you'd only call the Man Utd one a good result.
