You have identified the drawback. Silva home to QPR minus 4 points vs. Sanchez home to Swansea. IDK, seems like a trade to make in GW37. These are two stud midfielders each capable of big games, and Man City do have the easier opponent.

Might as well get rid of Hazard gw37 right?Something to consider. 3 games for Sanchez vs. 2 for Hazard. One caveat is that Chelsea haev Sunderland at home in gw38, which could be interesting, especially if Sunderland are (not) fighting for relegation.
If that's what you've gotta do to afford it.
