All eyes will be on Arsenal this afternoon, with the Gunners travelling to Old Trafford in the first of their double Gameweek fixtures. Meanwhile, Man City look to strengthen their hold on second place when they lock horns with Swansea at the Liberty in the earlier lunchtime kick off.

Swansea face a tough task trying to contain the league’s form forward, Sergio Aguero, when the Sky Blues pay a visit. The Argentinian marksman boasts eight goals in five starts for City, having registered a hat-trick and two assists last time out. David Silva has also delivered strong Fantasy returns in recent weeks, notching one goal and three assists in his last two starts. However, Garry Monk’s may just have an ace of their own up their sleeves, with leading striker Bafetimbi Gomis scoring a dramatic late winner on his return from injury against Arsenal. The former Lyon marksman tallied four goals in as many appearances and will threaten a City defence seeking their fourth shut-out in five Gameweeks.

Manchester United recovered from a three-match losing streak last weekend, recording a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Juan Mata (four goals in seven) and Marouane Fellaini (three goals in eight) account for the Red Devils’ only two goals in the past four Gameweeks, in light of Wayne Rooney failing to net in five. Olivier Giroud is experiencing a similar downturn in form for visitors Arsenal – having drawn blanks in four consecutive matches; Alexis Sanchez has partly compensated for Giroud’s demise, with three goals in five starts. Meanwhile, Aaron Ramsey has been the North Londoners’ most consistent player of late, delivering attacking returns in four of his previous seven outings. The Welshman is a slight injury doubt going into today’s encounter, with Fantasy managers eagerly anticipating Arsene Wenger’s teatime teamsheet.

And still they've gone through the league with the strategy of just killing the game and gambling that their strikers have better conversion rates than opponents, and that most importantly their GK will have better save rate than opponents. Which has worked out fine, but the big teams go to matches trying to outshoot their opponents (in quality as well as quantity of scoring chances).
