After yesterday’s disappointing start, many Fantasy managers will be looking for some of Sunday’s heavy hitters to come to the rescue.

A couple of 1.30pm kick-offs get us underway. Community Shield winners Arsenal welcome West Ham to the Emirates before Steven McClaren takes charge of Newcastle for the first time in the top-flight as in-form Southampton roll up to St James’ Park.

Stoke play host to big-spending Liverpool in the late kick-off, with Brendan Rodgers’ side looking to immediately avenge their 6-1 mauling at the Britannia in the final league fixture of 2014/15.

    Arsenal will finish 3rd or 4th. They'll get past the group stages of their champions league group but won't go any further than a quarter final. They might win an FA cup or League cup in the meantime. Not an unsuccessfull season by any stretch of the imagination but they are going nowhere fast
