    Walcott surely has to be gotten rid of. 9 mill on the bench and looked shite when he came on. Sanchez back this week means he won't be getting on the wing too.

      Probably wait one more week and see. CPL are an attacking side, and Wenger said he was gonna tactically use Giroud and Walcott against different oppositions. I imagine a game against CPL is more Walcotts type of game.

    This may be a little contradicting, but Mahrez owners, would you have preferred the 15 point haul followed by two blanks? Or the same points evenly split over 3 weeks.

    He is a great differential at 2.0% preseason, I would expect that to be potentially 10% by the end of the week. If he gave gradual returns instead, he may have stayed off the radar a little longer.

    Not saying I'm not grateful for him scoring 38% of my points.

          Yeah, he wasn't favoured at all at the start of last season, much to most fans bemusement (rumours of a personal spat with Pearson). For me, it's no small coincidence that Leicester started to perform better when he earned regular spot. He really is a great player and I'm sure he will be Leicester's star this season. Corners and free kicks duties is always an added bonus too.

          He got through on goal a couple of times I think, just lashed at it. He will calm down, and he still has penalties. If he has no goals or assists in say 5Gws i would probably get rid.

    Am i the only one that thinks its mad that people are wildcarding after one week? Personally i had a rubbish first week- 27 points and I had Courtois in goal then i transferred Cech in last night! Going to place faith my faith in the same team next week before i start to panick. This is my team, but should i panick???

      No you're not the only one. Surely people on this site have planned for the first few gameweeks, not just the first. Best time to WC in my opinion is when lots of your players have just come to the end of a good run of fixtures, and it will take a few transfers to get a squad with good upcoming fixtures. The 2nd best option is DGWs, either before or after. Probably after. 3rd best option during international gaps for price rises.

        Just think its mad to make knee jerk decisions so early on. Yes a lot of the big hitters blanked but they are big hitters for a reason. No way players like Kone, Mahrez and Gestede will continue to outscore the likes of Hazard, Kane and Rooney.

    If C, which keepers? Thinking Gomes and Boruc... Yes, 2 promoted sides who rotate excellently
