        I see your point, however, watched him closely for the 3 games he's played and i'm not impressed with his first touch, that tells you a lot about the player. I commented on this last week. I may be wrong, let's see at the end of season.

        Just don't understand the LFC transfer policy, if you paid 29m for Firmino and closed the deal at the speed they did, why couldn't they do the same for Depay, who IMO is a better player.

        Rodgers has a very good striker in Origi. Hope he is managed well. He needs to be loaned out to Prem club as opposed to playing 10 games for pool which does nothing for his development.

      The Ings signing still baffles me, it was clear he wasn't going to be our Second striker going into the season, someone else was going to come in, and we already had Origi and Jerome Sinclair, wasn't needed at all.

    was messing around with wildcard and this looks like a way to fit some big hitters. obviously has its downsides (not much flexibility up top) but two transfers such as Sanchez > Shaqiri, Chadli and Wilson > other striker is stilll possible.

      No. Sometimes these brave moves are the ones you need to make. It is possible that Kompany goes the next 35 games with no more attacking returns. For kolarov that would be a miracle unless he gets dropped.
