    The toss-up between Mahrez, Chadli and Gomis is a tough one. Do we really expect Gomis to continue his scoring run against a defence as strong as United's?

      Worst comes worst it will be a 0.1m drop, and I expect him to do well this weekend. Yes, I don't own Hazard but I wouldn't jump ship given his reputation to start off slowly before finishing with 190+ points again like he has in the 3 seasons he's been here. Stick IMO.

      It's just between whether people are willing to wait and have him when he starts banging them, or start panicking their way back once he's started. I am willing to wait only because if I downgrade him, knowing myself, those spare millions would be spent, and the way back would be tough 😀

      his position on the pitch was dreadful for all owners I guess.

      Should have played in William's place, i'm sure he'd have had a brace to his name. William is so sloppy, no matter why Mou want him out.

    I know that points and value are different but is there a formula that you go by when deciding to take a hit -4 to gain TV?

    I recall a recent article that calculated an expected seasonal return per 0.1m?

      Here's my rough thinking.

      Target = 2000 points = 20 / 1 m = 2 per 0.1m x 35/38 GW remaining in the season.

      If you take a -4 hit this week to get a double riser, that is 0.2 (i.e. 0.1 sale value) with 35 GW left, the TV benefit is worth 0.92 points. You therefore need the replacement player to net you more than 3.08 points.

      A hit to replace an injured player with a double riser with over 4ppg will therefore pay off.

        I'd really rather keep Darmian over Shaw but it might come to it.

        Since I don't have Benteke in there yet (lukaku is there atm and going to make .1 profit when he rises next therefore giving me 3.9) I can chance keeping Lukaku for 1 more week, get Targett for Shaw, then hope that a 3.9 becomes available by the time I get Tekkers next week and make the Targett > 3.9 switch

        Tis a fine balancing act and the fact no 3.9's are available yet is concerning. I really would like one.

        Backup plan is sell Westwood for 4.4 or Richards for 4.0 but Richards is needed since I have rotation risk defs and I'd rather keep Both!

      Options are Darmian to Francis and go with Kolarov and rotating cheapies or downgrade Gomis or Diouf to Wilson. Noe of them feel great tbh 🙁

          That's definitely one i would give serious consideration too. Given Francis contribution to be attacking phase he will away be in the frame for bonus in the event of a CS.

          It really surprised me that West Ham could score three goals without Payet having a hand in any as well!

    Liverpool got 3 very nice home fixtures in next 3 and I really don't fancy Darmians potential returns in the next 7 games, 1 or 2 clean sheets max

      Then again though with how this season is going, maybe Man Utd will be finding itself in tons of 0-0 draws? It's so unpredictable! I feel like he's a keeper but if you have faith in Liverpool why not switch him to one of their defenders? Or maybe you don't want to have double LIV if you are getting Coutinho as well...

        I've had Gomez from the start although I guess I could triple up with Lovren as well 😀

        Its more that he is the obvious way to save the .6 I need for Phil. Feel like I need Liverpool attacking coverage with the 3 upcoming home games and Benteke isn't really possible for me to squeeze in.

        I've got him already. Wasn't convinced by the Liverpool defence but Skrtel Lovren seem to doing better and Clyne is a huge upgrade.

          Agreed on that. BR playing Moreno on the wing late on in matches can only be a good sign for Gomez. BR likes to have a pet young prospect that he can develop and this year I think it's Gomez

    Suggestions? Willing to take hits and change formation. Kane needs to go, and obertan is useless haha. Im also unsure about mane and whether to hop on the pedro wagon. I watched the game and he looked fantastic.
