It’s Jonty’s time to curry sympathy this week and he’s on the receiving end of a barrage of cyber-bullying from co-host Granville.

Determined to the belittle Jonty’s Wildcard performance following Callum Wilson’s hat-trick, Granville takes to Twitter before roasting him live on air on the ScoutCast. He seems to have totally missed the fact that I too sold on Wilson as part of my own Wildcard; I’m quite happy for Jonty to play Patsy on this one.

Jonty rolls with the virtual punches to join us as we look back on the Gameweek that saw all three of us refresh our squads. We score our Wildcards out of ten, before scanning the community for Gameweek tales in “Rough with the Smooth”.

We then take on your questions, as we assess Pedro’s pedigree, the lure of Aleks Kolarov and the merits of a well-rounded squad in the light of the FPL chips.

This ScoutCast was first broadcast live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday. Be sure to subscribe to our channel for news of upcoming live Casts. You can view the broadcast in full via the larger player below but, if you prefer the edited audio version, you’ll need this link or the smaller player.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

8 of my starting 11 are playing at home but only 6/30 games have led to home wins. Doomed.

That's just because if away teams win it's not usually by much, while 2-0, 3-0, etc are far more common at home.

Guys having trouble looking back at my team (Wildcarded this week) Diouf is too expensive just to sit on the bench so im thinking of reconsidering. Any feedback would be heavily appreciated.

    Butland (McCarthy)
    Lovren, Cedric, Kolorav (Richards/Francis)
    Mahrez, Sanchez, Shaqiri, Pedro, Yaya
    Wilson, Aguero (Diouf)

    Please Help, Thank you Guys.

    Shaqiri is my differential

Not keen on these expensive midfields. History has shown that 4 good mids will suffice with a 4.5 cheapo sitting on the bench to avoid bench points.

Downgrade Pedro/Shaq to Wanyama and upgrade Yoyo to Silva.

I have already taken a 4PT hit this week but Chelsea fixtures are poor and Kolorov looking great, should I take the 8PT hit this week to do

    Azpi -> Kolorov

or wait till next week? Watford at home should be an easy clean sheet with possible assists.

I rarely think it's justifiable to take a points hit on a defender. They HAVE to keep a clean sheet to break even. One fluke Watford goal and you've wasted the points.

Best time to play the All out attack?

Would the all out attack be chip be worth holding onto until a DGW? How can we be guaranteed that the stars will align and hand us some smashing DGW fixtures - this is something we can't be sure of just yet.

I thought I'd look at the season ticker and see just when the stars could align for teams that are owned by the majority. Those teams are: Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United. Pretty much a given. I've thrown Leicester in the mix also who are performing well and offer cheap fillers.

So what week (at this stage - excluding fixture changes etc) offers the most favourable fixtures for these teams, which could offer a good opportunity to play the All Out Attack or even Bench Boost chip. I'm not going to post every week as frankly, the post will be as long as a page.

    GW4:
Good | MCI (WAT) LIV (WHM) ARS (new) CHE (CPL) MUN (swa) LEI (bou)
also serves up favourable games for SOT (NOR) BOU (LEI) AVL (SUN) STO (WBA) SUN (avl)

GW20 (the reverse fixture of GW4)
Good | MCI (wat) LIV (whm) ARS (NEW) CHE (cpl) MUN (SWA) LEI (BOU)
also serves up favourable games for but more away games: SOT (nor) BOU (lei) AVL (sun) STO (wba) SUN (AVL)

I have to admit, GW4 looks very tasty at this stage with some very favourable fixtures for all teams listed. The reverse fixture of GW20 still looks nice, but less "HOME" games.

It might be early in the season for playing a chip in GW4, but could be worth considering if you have the right players and bench this weekend. A bunch of great match ups which could return some mega points.

I dont see a CS for both MUN and SWA. I think Darmian likelier than Williams to get attacking returns so I'd go for him. As for Ayew and Depay - well Ayew is cheaper, seems to be an integral part of SWA's attack and is less wasteful than Depay so I'd go for him.

      Myhill / McCarthy

      Azpi / kol / Gomez / Francis / targett

      Sanchez / Pedro / yaya / mahrez / Westwood

      Aguero / Benteke / Wilson

      0.1 remaining
