    Need some clarification/homework marking.

    Wilson is 6.0

    A) If you brought him for 5.4, you can sell him for 5.7. (0.6/2) If he were to drop to 5.9, the difference is 0.5, so half that for profit is 0.25, but the game rounds up to 0.3 so you can still sell him for 5.7, right?

    If he he were to drop to 5.8, is selling price now 5.6?

    B) If you brought him for 5.5, the selling price is still 5.7. If he dropped to 5.9, the difference is now 0.4 and profit 0.2, so selling price is still 5.7.

    If he dropped to 5.8, difference now is 0.3, half that is 0.15, rounded up is .2, so still selling price of 5.7

    That is right, isn't it?

      Simple rule of thumb - you get .1 profit on every .2 rise. So only your case B is accurate there.
