Forget two fat ladies, in ScoutCast Bingo it’s all about three men with paunches chatting Fantasy Football fortunes, rattling out a few familiar clichΓ©s along the way.

Thanks to Numb’s witty community contribution, this week’s episode finds us gripping our dabbers in preparation for mispronunciations, dropped connections and a regular helping of β€œblimeys”.

Around those fun and games, we tackle the serious matters – assessing the merits of Sergio Aguero, Callum Wilson’s replacements and my range of Christmas jumpers.

All those hard-hitting issues are addressed via another round of community questions, following on from our review of Gameweek 7 as Granville fights the urge to gloat having opened up a 40 point lead over yours truly.

        He has improved in recent games, I am monitoring him, and seriously consider to bring him in once Spurs fixtures improved. Cheap and very low ownership, only problem is he is trying too hard to prove himself and earn him some YCs.

    In the last 2 Premier League meetings at the Etihad, City have beaten Newcastle 5-0 and 4-0. Aguero was subbed off on the hour mark on each occasion.

      I would want to get rid of the Ruddy Rudd Coates Targett as soon as possible, but as to WC, there are other ways. The rest of the team is solid. Barring injuries, you can slowly sort it.

      I am keeping him because to get rid of him would involve a hit. Dont expect him to start but who knows with Brent in charge, he could put him right wing, he could ask him to preform some interpretive dance to a jazz solo on the sideline. The man is a fool and a charlatan.

        Stuck in the same situation as you. Need to take a hit just to remove him. However, Moreno is just a horror game away (esp in a derby) and you know BR would be willing to drop him again.

        Shame about the fixtures though, it's time to get rid before he plummets in price

        Bassong isnt clearly going to keep a CS against Leicester that's for sure. And I do have to get rid of Gomez and Targett sooner or later. But yeah the risk of taking a hit and the replacement not getting a CS is still very high

    hi DZ, one quick question: if i am leading my ML by 1 point and my main rival is captaining aguero, but i am not keen on putting the armband on him, should i still follow my rival to maintain the lead? or i am being too cautious? trying to figure out the best strategic move!

      Just go for the most points. It is far to early in the season to worry about a 1 point margin.

        I hate Microsoft.

        They have also totally mucked up Skype. I've had 5 different friends locked out for 24 hours or more due to password issues in the last 3 months because of their "security"

      Just read that Kompany will be out this GW also..
      That's really breaking the balance in my team since he's been out.

        hey Arvin - i think he is. He played last week with the broken bones. And he has actually been wearing that cast for the longest time ever since his wrist issues last season. I wouldn't worry.

        Don't forget, this is the Vardy who played through a foot problem throughout the end of last season. He's got some guts this fella.

          I remember I was very lucky to get that haul. in GW6 last season, I had Rooney Ramsey out, and just enough cash to do Rooney Ramsey plus a defender to Aguero Tadic Baines for -4. So glad I took that hit.
