Is Gomis and Yaya to De bruyne and igalho worth a -4 ?

    Bottomed

Ive currently only got 3 playing defenders and next week one of them (Francis) is vs Man City away.

Do I use FT to bring in another defender with a better fixture?
Or do something like Ayew ---> Mane?

Wait to see Ayew play. Mane transfer more important than defenders.

See what Ayew looks like today, but sorting out defence might be a priority - Swans fixtures aren't bad if they look to be rediscovering form.

but mane's form, stats and fixtures are crazy and he is only 7.8...

Re-write : How should I get the Saints attacks ?
A: Berahino -> Pelle -and- Mahrez -> 4.4m MF (Wanyama)
    B: Mahrez -> Mane -and- Berahino -> 4.6m FW (?)
C: Berahino -> Pelle -and- Mata -> 7.2m MF (Tadic, Barkley, Ayew)
    D: Mata -> Mane

    Team now :
    KDB - Sanchez - Payet - Mata - Mahrez
    Kun - Vardy - Berahino

Berahino has SUN, nor, LEI coming, but his HT sub is worrisome.

    1. Call Me Old Fashioned
      11 years, 20 days ago

You got Berahino for more than one GW.

Save FT and evaluate after next GW, that front 8 is great for next week. Good luck benching one of them

        Thanks AJAY. That makes sense.

It's not just Berahino himself, but the way WBA playing is a bit less attacking.

If this acquisition looks not the right one, I would not mind to correct it early too.

Bench decision keep me fun every week. 🙂

    2. Pochecinno

Hmmm tough one. I have Mane and am glad for it, but it would mean you getting rid of Mata. So I'd lean towards A or B

Who is THE palace mid to get? Might want to get one in for Shaqiri. Cabaye seems the most nailed-on, has set pieces and pens but Bolasie can be explosive, playing in a more advanced role

    1. Pochecinno

I'd go Cabaye for the security

  10. Kroos Kontrol

Ok, I wildcarded last week. It all went so well, if you discount Aguero's 5 goals.

Now I am probably one of the biggest Aguero marks here, had him since GW1 and captained him every week probably since GW2.

However, it made no sense to keep him in the WC team and instead I opted for

    Butland 4.0
    Kolarov Dawson Naughton Alderweireld 4.0
    Sanchez Mata KdB Payet Mahrez
    Sturridge Ighalo Vardy

Now what to do? :/ My team has done great this week so not having Aguero hasn't going to cost me that much, but still.

    1. Diva
      11 years, 20 days ago

      Anything in the bank?

      1. Kroos Kontrol
        11 years, 20 days ago

Not much - 0.6 . My fall back option during WC was taking off Sturridge for Aguero and downgrading Alexis to Walcott/Mane/>9.0. (Being the Aguero mark I am)

        1. Diva
          11 years, 20 days ago

You need to decide on a strategy. You have too much invested at the back for a 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 with Agüero. If you want one of those two formations you can eek out a little cash from defence, but it will take a couple of weeks to get it free. The defence won't be such a problem if you want to play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2. Realistically, if you want Agüero and you will have to downgrade one of those mids to pay for him. Your Sanchez option might be a little hairy at times, but sounds one of the better ways of doing it.

          1. Kroos Kontrol
            11 years, 20 days ago

The major question is, has Aguero become a necessity?

If he has, Have to get him in now before he goes to 13.5 and scores again next week.

            1. Diva
              11 years, 20 days ago

My blog post today might help you decided if he is a necessity. 🙂

            2. Pochecinno
              11 years, 20 days ago

I wouldn't sacrifice Sanchez, though Aguero is more 'essential'. Like Diva says get him in slowly. I'd downgrade Kdb for it if you want to do it one hit. But like I said below your team is still good so I wouldn't be panicking

    2. Cheeseoid
      • Fantasy Football Scout Member
      11 years, 20 days ago

This will be tough. Finding the cash without making tonnes of transfers is the hard bit. Sturridge will need to be the one to go I would say and steal some cash from a Mata downgrade?

    3. bar low tell me
      11 years, 20 days ago

your team is ok, you can just switch kdb and sturr to get in aguero if you want to

if going kun-less the path you wanna take then go ahead. money can also be used elsewhere to get points into the team. but if i were you, i'll get aguero in asap

    4. Pochecinno
      11 years, 20 days ago

Just saw your score, well done. And you've still got big players today as well as ighalo score. It's going to be a big sacrifice whoever it is. I'd wait till the end of the break anyway as whoever you get rid of for kun will also be rising in prices so you won't suffer in that way imo

      1. Kroos Kontrol
        11 years, 20 days ago

Thanks. I meant to bring a WBA defender in a couple of weeks ago but the transfers were needed more up top and I never did it. With just three games left before the fixtures swing I'm not sure it is worth it now, particularly if they have injuries. I should reassess closer to the next GW deadline I guess.

Looking through the bottom 180 in LMS, quite a few Mahrez(c) and plenty of Mahrez/Yaya autosubs on the way.

I brought Walcott in for a hit yesterday and he has already repaid my faith by rising today 🙂

Needs to do something today probably. Taking up an important mid spot otherwise.

Hazard owners keeping him or transfer out for Silva/KdB worth considering? Chelsea have AVL next so keep?

Yes silver lining and all. Kun (c) really saved me.

Couldve setup myself at 10k mark and work from there

Just woke up a while back thought the clock said twenty to eight, so hurriedly put the tele on for MOTD.
Woke Mrs Flynn in the process who had been asleep almost as long as the 45 minutes I had.

    Much disgruntlement reigns.

I think it was more to do with lack of sensible sleep tbh TM. 🙂

    A) Pedro+Martial->KDB+Pelle
    B)Pedro+Martial->Mane+Sturridge
C)Pedro+Creswell->KDB+(5.0 DEF ?)-which would mean no soton attack
