    Argh Aguero and Kolorov to Costa and Gabriel were my moves as part of -4. Gabriel injured so get Jevans off the bench so not that bad but is he going to get games? Any advice with this team? No keepers if Boruc is still injured. Hazard dropped?

          Got him at 5.5 and I'll keep him as my 5th mid. Don't see any other great options in the same range. Perhaps Cabaye but I think Mahrez is a better option.

      Strikers are ok, maybe get Vardy for ighalo unless you plan on 3-5-2?

      richards and francis are the ones who need to go. Bellerin/van dijk/azpil or a everton defender

          Guess it has to be mahrez. But who knows maybe we will have to keep them both if they continue to produce. Ultimately both are cheap options to fund the heavy hitters.

          Imagine aguero costa sanchez kdb all performing well at the same time. I would rather keep these 2 ever performing cheapies

                    Yes "the incident" where my phone line got taken out while I while on my WC and I tried to do something on a 2g telephone network. We don't even get half decent mobile reception here.

    Hey all, I lost the plot during the international break taking silly hits when wasn't required however here's my team, any advice?

    McCarthy Westwood Kompany Darmian

    Clearly I might be forced to transfer in a GK depending on Stekelenburg fitness

    McCarthy >> Hennessey

    If Stekelenburg out for a while

    Stekelenburg >> Llois

    If Stekelenburg fit use FT on Westwood upgrade and Bench Lukaku

    Westwood >> Mata/Eriksen/Walcott ect

    Thoughts on these moves and other ideas would be grateful.

    This is my 7th season playing FPL and I realized I've been making some of the same mistakes I made in the past. (e.g - getting Sako and Bavies in when they were clear rotation risks)

    So I decided to make a list of FPL wisdoms and would like to add to it.

      Don't start the year with more than one risky player.

      Deal with injuries and rotation risks before glamour transfers.

      Don't ever buy Daniel Sturridge. He is a flag waiting to happen

      Never own rotation risk if you have a weak bench. Players like Kolarov of years past come to mind.

      You can play risky while you have a WC in your back pocket but for chrissake don't play risky with your WC or afterwards.

      1. Cheeseoid's first point above, totally agree.
      2. Make money in the start of the season, will help later.
      3. Minimize transfers on defence.

          last season he was the new kid on the block, defenders didn't give him much respect. the slightest bit of attention and he has just crumbled... he might come good yet but one crap goal (two if you count the OG :P) isn't great. It's not just that but the way he looks is average...

          at the end of the day it's probably just down to the fact that he knows he started the season at 9.0 in FPL :p

              being completely objective. it's not about belief. he hasn't got the space and time he did last season when he scored those tap ins. Spurs are flying doing well to win without him getting amongst the goals.

    Don't have Vardy but also have Kolarov.

    With a FT would you do

    (a) Martial>Vardy or
    (b) Kolarov>Toby?
    (c) Both -4.

    Huth (CRY) would play if I kept Kolarov.

    Hey lads,
    I want to highlight Emre Can as potential cheap 5th mid and major differential. His driving runs when we were chasing the game got me very excited - the areas he got in to were promising and was involved all around the park a lot.

    Secondly, his work rate is probably only second to Hendos and this will put him in good stead with Jurgen.

    Not saying to jump on right away but at 5.3 there is potential there.
