    Hello DZers,

    Worst decision ever not bringing in Vardy. Quite scared not having him against Newcastle.

    So would you bring Vardy in for Newcastle game for a -4? Fixtures not bright after those.

      Am tempted. I still think Sterling will end up the smart pick with Silva and KdB providing the ammo. Just don't know the right time to make the switch from KdB.

            Nyom will have chances of a CS, even if he doesn't end up with one against United. I think Francis out is more of a priority so that you have 4 genuine defensive choices. Otherwise it's always likely to be a transfer of your 3rd defender to someone with a nice fixture.

                Targett if money is no option, otherwise Francis. But I'd do either of those to Koscielny and not take a hit losing Janmaat.

      These are the guys you should seriously consider getting rid of

      - Francis, Westwood, Martial, Payet

      Payet news is probably crucial though, he's worth keeping if he isn't too bad.

        Yes Francis and Westwood are terrible.
        They are really cheap though and will hardly ever come into my team.

        Are they priorities to get rid of?
        With Aguero coming in soon enough- I wont have any cash to upgrade..and I dont want to waste transfers much for players that will hardly play. Id much prefer upgrading elsewhere.

        Any ideas about that?

          That leaves Martial and Payet. Again Payet news is crucial but getting rid of both might be key. Lukaku and Ozil could be strong replacement options.

                  Lioe the look of Ozil too but then that would mean downgrading KDB. . ( He hasn't been doing so well recently)

    Annoying moves that I'll have to consider

    Jones -> Rojo
    Cedric -> Bertrand

    Not a fun way to spend my 2FT's. Assuming Payet is alright are they the type of transfers that should be recommended?

      In prep for Aguero, do you need to go cheaper Ryan? I'm considering an Azpilicueta > Moreno type move. Both Rojo and Bertrand are good picks though. I've been considering both.

              To be honest I think Bertrand's attacking ability is a bit overrated. Last season he got 2 goals and 3 assists, decent but for playing as much as he did it's not like how some people make it out to be.

              Also seems to be a bit of a card magnet this season, and it looks as though both CBs will outscore him in BAPS too

                Quite possible. I may end up backing down on maintaining Southampton defensive cover anyway. I could do with getting in another cheap defender to go alongside Moreno.

                United defensive cover is a must though I think.

      Yeah I like him as well. I think the key with Lingard is he has the right attitude and that will put him in the good books with LVG. Depay hasn't adjusted particularly well to the filoshofee and LVG has said Martial is better suited to the striker position (he's right). I think Lingard will get a short run of games but beware that one bad game will likely see him dropped.
