    Best mid apart from Ozil, Mahrez and Sanchez? Budget not an issue. Trying to look for a differential, no one seems to be on the same level as Coutinho...

    Evening folks. 2 transfers to use and the plan all along was to bring in Kun but the performances of the other strikers is making me hold off. Pelle has to go but really dont know what to do after that:

    Butland McCarthy
    Bellerin Kolorov Moreno. Richards Martin Van Dijk
    Sanchez Mahrez Ayew KDB Obertan
    Pelle Kane Vardy

    Lukaku to Kane is the obvious but a bit stumped after that. Wouldnt mind fitting Coutinho in somewhere (Obviously Obertan is dead weight but not a priority to remove him as I dont have to worry about benching someone)

    Any thoughts???

    Not having Aguero is a huge worry but I might get him after a game or two.

    De Bruyne was City's best attacker against us. Big reason I'm not selling him. And he takes many set pieces.

    I know Vardy is in great form, but...

    The likes of Kane, Lukaku and even Ighalo are in excellent form too and Aguero is Aguero.

    Those strikers also have the benefit of excellent or decent fixtures, unlike Vardy: MUN, swa, CHE, eve, liv, MCI.

    Kane and Lukaku also play for better teams than Vardy does, teams that are less likely to drop off their current form.

    Obviously Vardy is a good pick but it's hard to argue that he's one of the three best up front imo. If we want to get ahead of the curve then surely now is the time to sell?

        Vardy has been the better performer (statistically speaking) against the stronger teams so not sure Mahrez is a good cover in the tougher match ups.

      When people sell Mahrez and he starts to score points, those sellers bought him again.

      That goes for the same with Vardy. It depends if you are bold to do it.

      Personally, I will keep Vardy.

    The source of points from Liverpool's attackers can be very broad.

    Coutinho, Firmino, and at times Milner and Benteke.

    Is Aguero playing mid-week? Hear any news or rumours?
    You would think City would want to win the group and get a less difficult knockout game.
    On the other hand, Kun has been off 6 weeks. Three games in a week looks a bit much.
