-
Both of Andy Carols league goals this season have been in the 79th minute
-
And both headers in the 79th minute, no less.
-
And, indeed, both winners.
-
-
.......................Butland
....Alderweireld - Kolarov - Bellerin
Ramsey - Mahrez - Ozil - De Bruyne
..........Aguero - Kane - Lukaku
McCarthy; Stanislas, Simpson, Richards
2 FT, 0.1m in the bank...
about time to sell Kolarov? I thought he was number 1, and it may still be true and just a byproduct of festive period..but not sure-
Give it a day.
-
not making any moves today, just starting to brainstorm
-
-
Number 1 number 2 makes no difference if you can't keep a cleanie anyway.
-
See response on previous page.
-
-
so indecisive over Arnie and Shaq....who would you go for?
-
Arnautovic
-
Arnautovic. Up front
-
arnie. looks far more consistent
-
As good as Shaq should be, atm he is def second in that choice
-
Shaq
-
Arnie on pens?
-
Bojan is
-
Bojan
-
-
Cheers lads, just brought in Arn for Wiji...good to get that useless plonker out my team!
-
-
That Mertesacker miss though
-
The ball hit him in the face ?
-
-
Last GW, 171,031
This GW, 225,772
Anyone else plummeted this badly?
Got 4 left now (Mahrez, KDB, Moreno, Vardy)-
That's not super awful though.
-
Feels like it though.
-
-
-
Why does Van Gaal have Maria as a middle name? Isn't this a female name?
-
Virgin Mary.
-
Eh? My middle name is Maria. A very masculine name
-
A Guadalupe here.
-
-
Up to 6.4k tonight, delighted with my last few weeks, thanks to all on here for the help, hopefully I can stay in the top 10k from here.
-
You're having a cracker!
-
Thanks Andy!
-
-
Congratulations HVT!
-
Thanks Diva.
-
-
Well done HVT. Terrible season for me so far, my worst ever in 10 years
-
That's unlucky for sure Spectrum, hang it there mate-the cream will rise.
-
-
Well played!
-
Well done.
-
Thanks TM/Beavis just gonna enjoy the moment.
-
-
Nice one! How#'s your playoffs match going?
-
Link?
-
-
-
Ah you benched Williams and played Ramsey, Rookie!
-
* 😉
-
😆 didn't want to be greedy!
Those 9pts annoying me for sure 😉
-
-
-
A sincere thanks to all for the help on here, it's invaluable, I mean this sincerely.
-
Well done. Super rank
-
Thanks Zlat.
-
-
-
-
cabaye to anrie
-
Am I right in thinking Kyle Walker was rested today?
-
Yes.
-
Runs alot so yeah.
-
Just like me
-
-
Thanks guys.
-
But Trippier was too good
-
-
Early thoughts: Okay to save?
Fabianski, McCarthy
Bellerin, Dawson, Moreno, Ward, Rojo
KDB, Silva, Ozil, Ramsey, Mahrez
Lukaku, Vardy, Ighalo
1 FT, 4.1 ITB-
Save
-
Change Ramsey, he's now playing too deep.
-
Surely I can give him the Newcastle game? Very small sample size.
-
Guess so yeah...
-
-
Did Ramsey make any runs/have any chances today at all?
-
0 shots 0 key passes
-
cheers
-
-
-
-
Save or maybe rojo > Toby?
-
Can't see a Spurs cleanie so wait another week with 2 FTs?
-
Yeah makes sense. Save
-
-
-
-
Its so liberating to sell a player you have wanted to sell for weeks. In my case, Kolarov.
-
+1-who'd you get? I went slightly left field(value purchase)
-
Ward
-
Williams for me-fixtures and complimentray to my other defenders and good value+ I think Swansea have tuned a corner.
-
I brought him in last week 😉
-
Nice one-my defence now Williams/Toby/Bellerin/Ivan/Dawson
-
Thats a solid defence there.
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
zouma or to johnson?
-
Zouma
-
-
Play one:
a) Moreno (WHM away)
b) Ward (Chelsea home)-
Moreno.
But both will concede. -
Wait to see what happens in two days. Moreno could get hurt for all ya know.
-
Ward. He's playing at home against a markedly inferior team (fact).
-
-
Anyone activated their second wildcard?
-
Going to 🙂
-
-
I now want Vardy back....
-
Thoughts lads?
Have 2 FT. 4.0 ITB
Butland. McCarthy
Bellerin. Kolarov. Toby. Moreno. Ward
KDB. Ozil. Ramsey. Mahrez. Stanislas
Kane. Lukaku. Vardy
Maybe McCarthy > hennessay, and save the other trade?-
Alternatively Kolarov out for someone maybe. I'd do that or Kolarov and Vardy out for Kun + someone if he explodes, however unlikely that is.
-
Cheers Beavis. If kun explodes tomorrow then he obviously will come in.
Can use Ramsey or kolorov as my enabler to upgrade Vardy.-
Yeap makes sense. Good season you're having. 🙂
-
Cheers mate. Just been fortunate to jump on the main bandwagons early doors.
No kun could hurt me if I delay the trade.
-
-
-
-
-
Fabianski has 3 cleanies in a row yet has negative NTI. Go figure.
-
Looking to run a competition for the second half of the season, ideas on the format?
-
Excellent! How's about an team comp. Euros version
-
Ooh we could do a small one after the 5-A-Side is over 🙂
-
Yeah! 24 teams using FPL team
-
-
-
Groups and knockout like CL?
H2H of 4 players, each play each other twice (settled on GD/H2H if players draw)
Top 2 from each group advance to knockout H2H until winner is announced?-
Team comp better
-
-
Are you getting bored just running the two?
-
Out of the Playoffs, need another one to run 😛
-
+ my OR bid is officially over unless Yaya assists Aguero 15 times tomorrow
-
What's your OR now?
-
160K
-
Then you can still make top 10k. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. 🙂
-
Haha I'm way into the acceptance stage, I just want to increase my chances of winning something 😛
-
-
-
-
-
You maybe out but some of us are still in (for a few more hours at least).
-
-
-
no idea but if they are run as well as the FIFFSA one i would certainly look forward to it
-
Wimbledon Doubles anyone?
-
The obvious one to me is a doubles competition...in whatever format you choose.
-
Aye the doubles format with a new team with £100m value done a few years back was fun.
-
-
Score predictions for tomorrow? I'll say 2-0 City, Aguero brace....
-
*Wishful thinking 😉
-
1-3
-
In truth this is what I actually think it will be 🙁
-
-
1-6.
7 different scorers. -
1-2
-
Not sure, but I've placed a bet on Leicester to win/draw, and I'm pretty confident. City has been awful away. I kinda hope Aguero will play, he hasn't looked particularly sharp this season.
-
-
Kane, Lukaku - Can't be sold in current form.
Vardy has to prove himself tomorrow or Ighalo is popping into my team!-
Not going to sell Vardy before Bournemouth at home are you?
-
Vardy needs to prove what?
-
15 straight returns and 1 blank and he needs to prove himself 😯
-
Its a cutthroat world at the top.
-
Maybe he's joking? 🙂
-
It's a dog-eat-dog world to claim one of our three striker slots.
-
He has point cos holding Kane,Lukaku,Vardy sets high standards when Ighalo shows no sign of stopping.
-
would be just like saying 24 hours ago that lukaku needed to prove himself this gameweek. would have been looked at very inquisitively
-
-
-
Kane can be.
-
-
Wiji's been such a frustrating player to own these last few weeks could have been so much more, time to say goodbye though.
-
Gtg?
Butland
Dawson, Bellerin, Moreno
Arnie, Ozil(c), KDB, Mahrez
Aguero(vc), Kane, Lukaku
(Hennessey, Alli, Toby, Smith) -
Real relegation battle looks to be between Newcastle and Norwich.
Don't see many points for either in the next 6-
I've got a 75/1 relegation treble on Norwich/Sunderland/Villa so Newcastle need to shape up!
-
Fantastic odds considering the current table. Would rate you having about a 1 in 3 shot.
Can't say good luck though, as Norwich are my 2nd team 🙂-
Aha I'll spare a thought for you as I drink through my winnings 😉
My other pre-season bets of Aguero top scorer and Depay YPOTY aren't looking so sharp now.
-
-
-
-
Payet returning for WHM's tasty fixtures
*drools*-
Exactly this.
-
will start on bench
-
Oh yeah. But who to drop? Going to be tricky.
-
barkley
-
-
-
Is Martina(sou) nailed or will Cedric take his place soon?
-
Yeah, absolutey nailed mate. 1st name on the teamsheet
-
-
Just need some early thoughts on this, any help greatly appreciated. 🙂
Butland Hennessey
Ivanovic Monreal Alderweireld Cresswell* Moreno
Silva Özil Ramsey Mahrez Alli
Agüero Lukaku Ighalo
2 free transfers; £108.1m team value; £0.8m in the bank.-
Nice team. Ivan and Cresswell could be improved though.
-
I wish I'd have had Cresswell for his last three matches.
-
Any recommendations Diva? Cresswell is currently yellow flagged but David Gold said he was 50/50 so I was reluctant to sell him last gameweek. I'm actually quite happy having Ivanovic.
-
Cresswell is a tidy pick in a season of untidy defensive picks. Keep him.
-
Palace defender perhaps?
-
Yeah, I was looking at Dann for a Cresswell replacement. But he's fine so...
-
-
-
-
Ramsey > Theo for next week and Theo > Payet in a week or two...
-
Thanks, Ramsey is someone I am looking to sell but not before Newcastle that's for sure. I'm not very keen on Walcott but it could be a good move.
-
Walcott looked fab today. He didn't score but on another day he will...for sure.
-
Walcott-Giroud against Newcastle raises memories. If I could, I would.
-
Thanks guys. 🙂
-
-
-
-
-
-
buying Stoke attackers is a mistake
-
Not really. They are destroying everyone at the moment.
-
Arnautovic is just another Wijnaldum/Coutinho
-
They made city look average.
-
Arsenal made Citeh look average.
Saints made Arsenal look average.
Wham made Saints look average.
Conclusion: Buy Carroll-
🙂
-
-
-
Exactly. Zero consistency.
-
4th highest midfield points earner this season... and he didn't get 25 in one "freak" game like Wijnaldum - has had 6 8+ points hauls. Blanked in 8 games (70+ minutes min) but he's only 6.3m as opposed to the latter 2 7.1 and 8.5m
-
-
-
No it isn't..it really isn't.
-
I disagree with you.
*sort by big chances - http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/public-stats-tables/view/1151/-
And they've had some tough fixtures too. A turn in fixtures was today. Had I only dared to get Shaqiri... Well, it may not be too late yet.
-
-
I'll beg FPL to take Arnautovic's 12 points back, so.
-
-
Payet's return couldn't be more perfect. Keeping Ramsey for NEW, then swapping for WH's great fixture run from GW21 onwards.
-
Thinking the exact same.
I love Payet. -
This
-
-
Great weak so far 78 points with kdb and mahrez to play, feels good getting captaincy right for once.
Big issue lying ahead though, I really would love kun for thevrverton or crystal palace home games after next gw. But who can I dare drop from ighalo l, Kane and lukaku? Don't want to drop either but I feel with kun it's about getting him in at the right time as you know he will get a big haul of city are firing, even contemplating a short punt and could possibly swap back few weeks later.-
Atm I'm sitting back and waiting, let him explode first.
-
i feel he's gonna explode tomorrow, can see a monster score from them tomorrow against Leicester.
-
Yes he very well could which will make the decision extremely difficult, no idea at this stage.
-
As above I think he "could" explode against Leicester and almost swapped out Lukaku but decided against... all 3 strikers delivered points. Everton have a tough run of fixtures but I think Lukaku can carry on scoring.
Aguero needs to seriously outperform Lukaku and Kane for him to be worth getting in my team IMO. I've had him in for 1 game this season (the 5 goal haul against Newcastle) - and I'm only considering him again as a similar short term punt if I think there's a game that looks ripe for him exploding.
-
-
I really need some quick advice.
Who to replace kolo with?
But land
Kolarov, Mert, Toby, ward, targett.
Not sure I fancy west brom. Thanks!-
Smalling.
