Can't believe Ozil created 9 chances today... Does that make it into the Guinness book of records?
-
Crikey.
-
And walcott (c) missed so many of them 🙁
-
Hleb had 9 in a game vs Newcastle in 2006
-
Good memory haha
-
Yeah definitely not because I'm plugged into OPTA's twitter feed 😉
-
😆
-
-
-
-
Gunners Book of Records maybe
-
Hahah
-
-
-
Do you think either Giroud/Walcott will be rested vs Newcastle?
-
No, imo
-
Walcott I think will have limited minutes
-
No, but both could be hauled off early if Arsenal up by a couple goals
-
-
Who wins
1) 51 + coutinho, clyne, vardy, sagna
2) 59 + henderson, moreno, kdb-
Close but I'd fancy 2
-
This
-
-
2 should win. But it will be close.I can't see Coutinho doing much
-
2
-
-
Is Elliott a good option?
-
Nope. Sick today and I'd be sick if I was him facing Arsenal next week.
-
I have him and 4m is a bargain as long as your first choice keeper is a strong option.
-
-
TM,
56 in LMS with KDB, Moreno and Mahrez to play. I guess it's Aguero that can hurt me. Anyone else?-
-
TM you have mail 🙂
-
Ok, just got back.
-
-
-
You should be fine. Vardy and Aguero are your main worries.
-
Yeah, had a punt and played Willian over Vardy. Not the best move in retrospect. Also changed my Captain last minute from Lukaku to Ozil and then to Ramsey. Oops.
-
-
-
Watching MOTD. Ozil has really reached another level.
-
Unbelievable awareness of movement of the ball, and a velvet touch
-
Horse, get on the phone to your buddy Doolittle:

Done
-
😀
-
-
-
-
Sorry, off topic. Just saw news that Lemmy passed away. Ace of Spades was monumental in rock music.... wonder if he got in Arny before he died
-
Sorry to hear. Great group.
-
Wow really? That sucks I've just wen listening to ace in a spades recently in the last week or so how strange...great track
-
-
Ramsey been pretty pants the past two weeks after going berserk for a couple of weeks.
Anyone have an idea what the causal link is?
Has his position changed?
No shots and no chances created today, not what I want from an attacking player-
Replied last page 🙂
-
Ah cheers :). Guess that's likely.
Will hold for Newcastle.
-
-
This is why I'm thinking of getting Arnie in or one of the stoke mids
I can only think that due to previous games and his positioning, Wenger has told him to drop back - There were times in previous games where there was no CM protecting the back 4. Only reason I can think of -
I also replied to your original post 🙂
-
Ditto
-
-
-
57 with 6 to go? any good?
-
It's good.
-
From what I've seen on the previous page that is unbelievable.
-
-
Seven of my eight players who have played so far this gameweek delivered returns. The one who didn't: my captain.
Seriously, why can't I catch a break with the captaincy? 😥-
Same! 🙁 Damn Rambo
-
I might form a captaincy support group for those suffering from poor captaincy choices.
-
I'm in. 😉
-
4/6 Seychellois captained Rambo 😕
-
I thought you only had 3 left to play?
-
33 with 4 to play
-
The four that delivered for you can't have delivered much then? 🙁
-
I only had 3 players deliver.
I was just pointing out me, you, BL & Jawain all captained Rambo
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
6/6 delivered and Özil captain. It's only downhill from here. 😀
-
*grits teeth* Nicely done VS10.
-
Thanks, gl for the rest of the week.
-
Cheers. I need YYT to go goal crazy. 🙂
-
-
-
-
7/7 for me, so far
-
Well done Marooney 5. 🙂
-
Thanks,
it's looking like my best GW
Let's see how it ends
-
-
-
It's effing annoying isn't it?
-
Seriously annoying.
-
-
-
Just saw Lemmy died 🙁 RIP
-
Saw the news on my Facebook timeline. Amazing to watch them on Young Ones...
-
-
Ozil must secretly hate Walcott
-
Well he keeps passing to him.
-
Wenger probably tells him he haa to. Just kidding
-
-
-
Aguero prediction points for captainers..
-
Not template. 2
-
4 then
-
-
-1 (-2)
-
11
-
It'd be alright wouldn't it 😉
-
-
-
Obvious but Klopp has told Firmino, Coutinho and Lallana that they need to start scoring more goals.
-
Last chance saloon for Cout in my team
-
This.
-
Unless he scores a hattrick he's out of my team next week regardless 😛
-
-
-
Template wins.
-
This season has become so, so dull.
-
Yes. You take even a minor gamble and it tends to kick you in the teeth.
-
This. Every time I've done a transfer not involving the highest scoring players, it hasn't worked out...
-
Wijnaldum/ Hazard two recent massive failures.. while the likes of Barkley and Ighalo just doing the dog!!
-
It hurts. Fancied a risk this week - did Azpi->Ward(bench), Lukaku->Aguero, Ramsey(C). 35 points. :-/
Unless Aguero tears it up...
-
-
I feel like we say this every season, remember a few years ago when Ramsey and Yaya kept on scoring?
-
Yeah, and that was just 2 players. This season it is about 5.
-
It's a whole team: Butland, Alderweireld, Dann, Smalling, Mahrez, Ozil, KDB, Barkley, Lukaku, Vardy, Ighalo.
-
Touche 😀 It's worse than I thought.
-
-
-
-
Its full of twists and turns tho..
Results wise anyway.
Very frustrating trying to catch players though in ML's.
Still.. Up to the more serious players to adapt!!
Aguero the big hope to break the mold..
-
-
We need new differentials. Healthy Sturridge, Kun, Payet for starters. Haz and Walcott firing would also help
-
-
Is there a doubles comp around the corner?
-
Yeah stickes
-
Argh stickies*
-
thanks
-
-
-
Best move:
Myhill, McCarthy
Bell Moreno Ward, Kolarov, Simpson
Bark KDB Mahrez Ozil, Wijnaldum
Iggy Lukaku Vardy
2FT, 7.4 ITB
Thanks in advance!-
Wijnaldum > Gosling or someone
Lolarov > Glen J-
how about Wijni > Alli?
-
-
-
Ozil (c) with 170% effective ownership this?
-
Yep, you have to a bit mad (or very brave) not to captain him.
-
to *be
-
I thought I was being brave and sensible, but it turns out I was just stupid.
-
Joining us dullards next week?
-
It might be the only way...
-
-
genius and madness are only differentiated once the results become known.
-
That above comment was meant for this upcoming week btw.
-
Same difference! 😀
-
-
-
-
-
Pros and Cons of Arnie or Shaqiri?
-
Arnie tall
Shaqiri small
Arnie pony tail
Shaqiri normal hair
Make of that what you will-
Gotta be the guy with the pony tail
-
-
Arnie pens
-
-
56 with Aguero (C), KDB, Mahrez, Moreno to go feels like a massive fail because 1) I didn't captain Ozil/Lukaku and 2) picked Alli over Arnie. This season is killing me softly
-
At least you have a captain left.
-
54 with KDB, Mahrez and Moreno to go.
Ramsey (c) fail... -
That's not a bad score, Kun C is a big differential.
-
Great week for you I reckon.
-
-
So Spurs, probably the best defensive side in the league, played with 3 centre backs against Ighalo and still couldn't stop him!! It was yet another outrageous mixture of strength and skill from him.
How many will be score at home to a leaky City side with no Kompany next week!? -
Will everybody be saving there wildcards for the double gameweeks?
-
That's the plan for most on here I think
-
I noticed it mentioned here before so I am quietly laughing at my ML rivals that are using it already
-
Top team this week used bench boost to get to 116 with 3 players to go, had 40+ on the bench.
-
Time travelling cheat
-
-
-
-
I will be.
-
And the two main chips. Casuals are going to suffer big time
-
I'll probably use mine the week before a DGW so I can use bench boost or triple captain during the DGW
-
I will.
-
A combination of DGWs and rest of the season. I think going all in on a DGW especially if it's early could prove costly
-
Cards, plural?
-
Noob question. How does WC work in double game week?
-
Same as normal. 2 games for some players. Try and get more 2 game players in the week before.
-
-
-
You betcha
-
-
Any chance Moreno gets rested?
-
Pool need to win, so I doubt it
-
Just relax until lineups.
-
No two extra days rest
-
Nope. But with West Ham only 48 hours later he might be rested for that
-
-
Got 2FT and 4.2m ITB. Any suggestions?
Hennessey Butland
TobyA Dawson Bellerin Moreno Huth
Mahrez KDB Ozil Barkley Westwood
Lukaku Kane Vardy
Thinking Barkley to Arnie for next 3 fixtures or finding cheap alternative for Westwood?-
I'd rather have Silva or Walcott than Arnie. I'd also consider Vardy to Ighalo. Or Westwood to King.
-
-
Smalling owners keeping? Still think his too expensive but if United can keep Cs again he could be useful.
-
I was thinking about selling him yesterday. Not too sure now. I wouldn't know who to get in for him
-
Sold for Ward last week. Concerned the CS will vanish, and there are cheaper options imo.
-
im not sure if I should just downgrade to darmian or go for ward or wolly as I originally planned or just hold. If I sell him I can upgrade ighalo to Aguero but not even sure that's worth it atm.
-
See what Kun does tomorrow. I'm hard pressed to say get rid of Iggy. He just keeps scoring
-
that he does
-
-
-
-
Got the captaincy right 3 weeks in a row, I can't believe it.
-
Makes a massive difference.
-
Indeed. Think I'm going to generally stick to home captains and nailed on strikers
-
Absolutely
-
-
-
Early captain vote for next week..
A) Lukaku (TOT)
B) Ozil (NEW)
C) Kane (eve)
D) Ighalo (MCI)
What do you reckon?-
B will dominate it.
-
Yeah true
-
-
I vote for the winner of the poll. It's the only way.
-
How come? For the safety net of ownership?
-
Because every time I select a captain that's not template it doesn't work this season.
-
-
-
B or Mahrez definitely for me.
-
Didn't think about Mahrez actually. Will see how they get on tomorrow but think Bournemouth wil give them a tough game as they have everyone recently
-
-
I only own A
-
Avoiding the template?
-
-
B unless Kun braces vs. Leicester
-
-
I'm gonna have a dream tonight that henderson's gonna score to penalties, mahrez gonna score a brace,an assist and 3 bonus points and my (c) aguero gonna get a hatty and 3 bonus points and I'm gonna have a great GW.
Goodnight all. -
I'm going to follow this all the way until my next WC:
http://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2015/12/23/the-weekly-shop-gameweek-18/?hc_page=12#hc_comment_12199328
If I take hits now to get back to template I'll be way back at OR 250K and chasing teams identical to my own. 2 weeks at a time from now on 😎-
Thanks for this - great work.
Right with you, not going back to template.
-
-
Can people with scores of 50+ please stop complaining
