      Bellerin for me considering your rank. Just my opinion but I feel the place for differentials currently is in defence. Just a guess but I reckon 50% of teams have Arsenal defensive cover (Cech 33%, Bellerin 20%, Monreal/Kosc around 12% each). Can't see the midfield template breaking any time soon and there's a fairly small pool of forwards you'd be comfortable picking as well. Has a good home game next up and due a goal.

    Hello amigos!

    What a fiasco, I abarely made it trough with 35 points, how you guys did?

    I need to fix my defense, right now I have Smalling, Kolarov, Toby, Ward and Simpson. Smalling will go for sure and Kolarov for Sagna.

    My question is, in order to relase some funds I'm selling Smalling to buy Jagielka, is this a good move or should I consider another defender?

      You know why people are getting him in, even if you don't agree with the reasoning. He's still top 10 for midfielders having missed 1/3rd of PL games this season, he's come back with a bang from the injury and he's playing 5 bottom half teams in the next 6 weeks including the entire bottom 3.

          Bonkers actually prefers Antonio in the updated rankings, although personally i suspect Payet will be better. Antonio a decent alternative though

            I'm a big fan of him too actually, he's one of a couple of mids alongside Alli to make my strikers table on here. What probably sways it back towards Payet for me though is baseline BPS, Payet absolutely kills it on that team.

          Same here but I definitely won't be moving for him before the Man City game as I'd quite like to save an FT that week with cup games coming up after that week. I can't see myself going without him through AVL sot nor SUN after that match though.

        There is because he is not easy for me to fit in. Its either sell Ramsey (Possible) or De Bruyne both of which carry risks

        Add to that in a couple of weeks Liv could have DGW and i will likely want Firmio or someone so im trying to look at bigger picture.

        Newcastle have also bought some decent holding midfielders and will be on a high after drawing with Utd. Things rarely turn out as people expect.

          Jeez, don't I know it.
          It's a decision no doubt, Mahrez or Yaya would have been easier for me but KdB despite his stats just isn't delivering for 10.9m - 8 blanks in the last 10, 3/5 at home 5/5 away just isn't delivering. He's going to bite me I know but if it's only 1 week in 5 I can live with that

              My further negative towards KdB is he's only picked up bps in 4 games, he's assisted in 2 games and scored in another and managed to pick up zilch.

          Leicester have such a great run home from GW27 until the end of the season. Mahrez, for me, is a season keeper. too much value tied up in him to drop him for 5-6 gameweeks.

        That Vill match was a big nothing though really tbh, Villa had no ideas all game, with little to no penetration. Match just came down to one silly GK error that cost them the game & CS. My opinion aside on Palace's actual defensive form, really can't take much of worth from that result .

          Yea I know it was just an anomaly. I'm not taking anything away from what Palace has achieved this season, on both ends really. Pardew deserves massive credit.

          Just pointing out how unpredictable some of these matches have been.

          For example, 200 games into this season there have been only two games that ended 3-3 and only one 4-2.

          On come GW21 and there was two 3-3 and one 4-2 this week alone!

    GKP: Butland, DDG
    Def: Bellerin, Wolls, Aldeweireld, Moreno, Ward

    Any improvements I should make for this GW? Both my GKPs have bad fixtures and as well as Moreno, Wolls, and Ward.

    I personally wanted to make Moreno -> Fuchs/Simpson/Smith.

    Any suggestion?

      Can let go of 1 Stoke player for sure. Since u have DDG, would recommend a cheaper second choice (eg. Schmeichel). Can get West Ham defender instead of Moreno imo

          By the looks of it, Cresswell/Collins/Reid/Jenkinson will be the way forward. Collins is dead cheap and BAPS magnet if Hammers keep a CS.

    What a disaster! Attacking players in my 11: Kane (captain), Lukaku, Ighalo, Özil, De Bruyne, Mahrez, Deulofeu. Not one of them scored a single attacking point.       Yikes, couldn't agree more. Managed just 28 ... kept Payet on the bench because he's just coming back from injury and played Mahrez instead because he has a decent record against Spurs. :-/

    I cant get Payet in this GW without a hit so I'm going to wait and hope/hide

      Would not recommend selling Mahrez at all since Leicester are currently not scoring but not losing either. When they do score, I m sure he will be involved. Since u have Alli can let go of Kane to bring in Payet for Antonio imo

          Agreed. Got him in recently (coz of budget constraints) but somehow 3 defeats in a row for them seems to be a concern. He will nonetheless be involved when they do score. Probably Deeney is a cheaper route to free up funds
