Noob (ranked top 100k probably shouldnt be asking this) question, do FTs stack beyond 2?

And how can you play your wildcard without using FTs? Do you ahve to exhaust your FTs in a week before the wildcard can be activated?

    1. oghash
      • 10 Years
      9 years, 9 months ago

No and you lose any ft if you play your wc

    2. BabyB
      • 12 Years
      9 years, 9 months ago

      No.

Wildcard resets transfers so you would have one the following week.

    3. 8ball
      • 10 Years
      9 years, 9 months ago

2 max. It does not carry over past that.

Once you activate your wildcard, all fts for that week are gone. You get a fresh ft the next week.

I felt a bit dejected about my gw score but then I looked at one of my ml opponents who currently has a score of 11 with 1 hit so 11, has played his bb and already had 3 players not play.

I just saw firmino is not playing? If that's true he has 4 players not playing with his bb played.

I know, poor guy used his tc last week on kun and wc week before. He did tell me he wanted to use wc an tc together but only found out after he tried he couldn't. To be fair I told him a few weeks ago I was saving my chips for dgw and they were coming soon, so he could have given it some thought.

I've thought about it... Don't WC in GW32. You will telegraph your strategy to all your rivals who, either not have realised that a DGW is approaching, or who were planning to WC on the DGW itself (blowing their chance to use their BB).

I'm leaving it till GW33 for this reason, and will swallow any price moves. This year's international breaks have not seen huge movements anyway

    Hi,

Any thoughts or advice on this WC team?

    de Gea / Mignolet

    Janmaat / Bellerín / Flanagan / Aké / Rojo

Firmino / Sánchez / Payet / Yaya Touré / Shelvey

    Agüero / Lukaku / Martial

Should be able to cover the GW35 blanks and get a full DGW37 team with that. Flanagan is a bit of a risk but because he isn't playing EL and he just signed a new contract that Klopp was directly involved in makes me think he should play both games (at least I hope). Probably going to activate my WC tonight.

Flanagan and Rojo are slight risks but I think they will both play. Can easily swap Firmino with Coutinho if needs be.

Flanno is not nailed on, will rotate with Moreno. Just get Clyne or Sakho for Pool defensive cover, no one else is nailed on apart from Migs I guess

I guess for many on a GW33 WC it'll be a case of retaining just 1 SGW midfielder as there are so many appealing midfielders with DGWs.

The fixtures look better for Leicester on 33 and 34 and by 35 when Spurs play WBA an Alli return will be easy to do.

      1. Jøssy ⭐
        • 11 Years

To your last point, sort of, but are you really gonna waste a GW35 transfer on a player that doesn't have a DGS in GW37?

Not me personally, certainly not for Alli anyway - someone like Kane might be worth it. Depends also how my side is set etc it'll be possible to have 7 DGWers in position so you could spare a transfer I guess.
