        They gotta be the right players though eh. 12 doubters and 3 singles would still be a good use of wc and bb especially if the singles keep racking up the points (which Kane, mahrez and Fuchs are looking very likely to do)

        I'd say so, but obviously depends on the individuals team. Just because a player has a DGW doesn't mean they'll return more than a SGWer particularly when you take into account GW33 and GW35 returns too.

      Can see the reason for holding more, but the DGW and BB is so enticing that it's doubtful I keep any more than 1.

      Yeah mahrez is a keeper eh. Especially since I've had him since gw1 for 5.5? On track to be the first ever season keeper in nine years of fpl. So they do exist 😯

        Wow, pretty sure I've often had the odd season keeper most years before.
        Got Mahrez at 5.6, so like you don't want to lose him now.
        Not easy to ditch Alli when I only paid 4.9 for him, but looks like his time is almost up.

      I would pick Fuchs ahead of Kane or Mahrez if you are ranking. Can't agree with keeping Mahrez. With Leicester winning 1 nil past few weeks, dgw players have more value.

      This is exactly why I personally plan to use TC in the DGW34 with a XI full of DGWers and keep Single GWers like Mahrez on the bench for the week. Then transfer them out between 35-37 for a ful 14 or 15 DGWers in GW37 and use BB then.

          Because we follow the 15 starters rule and never miss any minutes. I've seen my mini-league leaders get huge points off the bench all season and they hardly pay attention to FPL. It's just been one of those seasons where the knee-jerk traansfers have maintained their form from start to finish. Differentials haven't even been a thing this year. Every point has been obvious or impossible to predict apart from maybe Costa's goals and Fuchs as a template defender (still has less than 5% ownership).

          Roll on next season I say. It's been one to forget in terms of FPL.

    Naturally I chose this week to play the all out attack chip, partly due to Kompany's not playing and because I didn't want to choose a bencher from Ozil/Mahrez/Alli/Sigurdsson/Firmino, having added Firmino Friday night. So what happens if/when Firmino doesn't play this week -- do I just lose a player, as opposed to getting someone from the bench? Thanks in advance for shedding any light on this.

        Not really.

        One: We haven't seen enough of them play to know that.

        Two: Janmaat won't simply stop marauding down the wing just because they need to defend better. He's one of their best attacking players (depressingly).
