Romelu Lukaku is added to Everton’s list of doubts for the visit of Southampton. Salomon Rondon is passed fit for West Brom’s clash with Watford, Quique Sanchez Flores hints at rotation for the Hornets ahead of the FA Cup semi-finals, whilst Marko Arnautovic is expected to return in time for Stoke’s Monday night showdown with Spurs.

Romelu Lukaku, Ross Barkley, Aaron Lennon and Leighton Baines will be assessed ahead of Everton’s home clash with Southampton, Roberto Martinez has confirmed. Lukaku has been nursing a groin problem, which was aggravated against Palace in midweek, and will be monitored after he failed to train yesterday. The Toffees are without injured pair Tom Cleverley and Phil Jagielka, whilst James McCarthy is suspended. With one eye also on the upcoming FA Cup semi-final, Martinez has also hinted that “one or two youngsters” could be handed a chance against the Saints due to the injury situation.

Arsene Wenger has no new injury concerns ahead of the home encounter against Palace. The Gunners boss has revealed that Santi Cazorla and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could “maybe” be back next week, though neither has returned to full training yet. Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky continued their recoveries with run-outs for the reserves yesterday.

Villa’s Gabby Agbonlahor has been ruled out for the next two weeks. Caretaker manager Eric Black has confirmed that the forward will undergo a personal fitness programme to improve his match sharpness.

Steven Davis has recovered from an ankle problem in time for Southampton’s clash with Everton. Charlie Austin is sidelined with a minor knee injury, whilst Ronald Koeman has confirmed that Shane Long is fully fit after being forced off with dizziness last weekend.

Swansea have no injury worries ahead of their trip to Newcastle, with Leon Britton back in contention after recovering from a back complaint.

Big Sam has no injury problems to contend with for Sunderland’s vital trip to Norwich, with Duncan Watmore passed fit after a couple of months on the sidelines.

West Brom’s Salomon Rondon has recovered from the back injury that forced him off early against Man City last weekend. Alex Pritchard (hip) joins James Morrison on the sidelines as the Baggies welcome Watford to the Hawthorns.

Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores has confirmed his intentions to rotate the squad over double Gameweek 34, with one eye on the FA Cup semi-final encounter with Palace a week on Sunday.

Marko Arnautovic “should be okay” for Stoke’s clash with Spurs on Monday after missing out last week with a back problem. Erik Pieters serves the first of a two-match ban, whilst fellow left-back Marc Muniesa hasn’t trained since Monday and remains doubtful. Mark Hughes is optimistic on Glenn Whelan’s chances of recovery, though the midfielder has yet to fully train over the last few days.

Junior Stanislas could be in line to return for Bournemouth this weekend after stepping up his recovery from a hamstring injury. Benik Afobe, Harry Arter and Adam Smith remain on the sidelines.

    2FTs this week, considering:

    Lukaku -> Martial
    Fuchs -> Bellerin

    Team is:

    Robles/Ruddy

    Alderweield / Fuchs / Cresswell / Dann / Francis

    Alli / Payet / Ozil / Mahrez

    Lukaku / Aguero / Vardy

They are good transfers for this week, but shame to drop 2 good, on form players (albeit Lukaku is potentially out).

    Thoughts?

I'd keep Lukaku. Fuchs is nice but bell will get you more points over next 3 GW's

Are you sure about Clichy? Will probably play one game only. I have him and I'm looking to get rid. 🙁

Bench boosting this week. Worried about the minutes of a few players. Who's the priority to replace?
    A) Lukaku
    B) Gabriel
    C) Coutinho

Coutinho - I'm thinking the same. Lukaku more than likely to play both games. Really not sure about Gabriel.

Thanks both. Leaning towards getting rid of Gabriel. Waiting for more Lukaku news.

      Could do Gabriel + Lukaku > Smalling/Bellerin + Mitrovic (-4) for example.

Got 10 DGW players, who should fill the gap...

    A) Mahrez
    B) Kane
    C) Morgan
    D) Toby
    E) Transfer one of the above out for ???

    Decided to TC instead.

    Robles
    Sakho, Darmain, Bellerin.
Lanzini, Payet, Coutinho, Firmino, Sanchez (c)
    Aguero, Lukaku (Mitrovic)

    (Darlow, Mitrovic, Gabriel, Jagielka)

Bench correct? Or start Mitrovic ahead of Lukaku who is a doubt?

    Hi all

First post on here so be gentle!

So after last weeks disaster of Ozil and Vardy out, Coutinho and Lukaku in, I'm already an -8 for this week after these 3 transfers:

    Kane > Martial
    Alli > Iwobi
    Sigurdsson > Sanchez

    This leaves me with:

    Adrian
    Bellerin, Huth and either Alder/Williams/Azpi
    Sanchez, Payet, Coutinho, Iwobi
    Aguero, Martial, Lukaku

Bench: Forster, 2 of the 3 defenders above, Mahrez

I was already toying with a United defender (Can't afford Smalling so Rojo or Mensah) for either Azpi or Williams for another -4 and now with the Lukaku news, I wonder if I should get rid of him too... Carroll/Origi (rotation risk)

Thoughts? Am I going crazy, losing points for the sake of a double?!

    Thanks in advance!

Don't take another hit nothing is worth a -12 (unless you can see the future)

I did the same! Last week and this.
Took -8 and still not sure if I should play Lukaku or trade him.
I would keep your defenders because of next weeks games. Taking -8 already is hard enough but it is also hard to say who is going to play/score in both games out of Lukaku/Origi/ Carrol.

      Stick.

    Hi guys

On WC - any suggestions appreciated.

    Robles (Schmeichel)
    Bellerin, Otamendi, Fosu-Mensah (Sakho, Francis)
Sanchez (C), Iwobi, KDB, Mahrez (Payet)
    Aguero, Kane, Rashford

    Does the bench look right?

Would Martial+Nasri be better than Rashford+KDB?

    Thank you 🙂

    TC for this week?
    A) Martial
    B) Sanchez
    C) Close call

Asking because i am about 50p behind my rival, and might need to gamble a bit. He's still on 0 transfers for the week, and no Martial. Will not be surprised my Lukaku -> Martial, but think he will TC Sanchez.

Per must be favourite to start surely?

Week 2 week league, just need to focus on winning this week and setting up for Wk35
is it worth taking a -4 hit for:
    Bolassie>Sanchez
    Barkely>Iwobi

    Team:Adrian
    Cresswell, Van Dijk, Simpson
    Bolassie, Barkely, Alli, Antonio
    Aguero, Lukaku, Vardy

    Rudd Mahrez, Azpilicueta, Daniels

Everton playing for FA Cup final now, league position relatively meaningless.

Doubt he plays this weekend. Lukaku to Sturridge for me, chaps.

OK, Lukaku probably only playing 1 game and most likely will not do much against Liverpool.
But Martial will surely play both Crystal Palace and Aston Villa. So 4 points not so hard to get back from this move! YOLO...Right!?
