No one knows (as demonstrated this weekend). They are more likely to start having been rested today but definitive statements like "100%" are laughable

just the massive commendable effort into the whole WC BB thing, which turned into a bit of a debacle for most or at least a damp squib. no idea how he did personally.

He just laid out some possible strategies for maximising potential numbers of DGW players. He even included disclaimers about rotation, etc.

Anyway, most people seem to be doing OK and with lots of players yet to play.

    Martial/Lukaku -> Long/Pelle and Payet to Fab/Gabriel->PvA/Toby for a -4 in GW35?

      10 years, 3 months ago

Why Gabriel out? Not keen on Payet to Fabregas either unless you absolutely have to. Martial / Lukaku to Pelle looks solid, if you can't get Kane.

        I already have Kane.
Already have Bellerin so don't wanna keep the double Arsenal defense.
Payet to Fab is a mistake. Forget I mentioned that.

    Ideal Forward line for GW37?

Will you keep the star single GW players like Aguero and Kane or move for the DGW players like Sturridge, Defoe, Carroll, Costa, Lukaku, Martial etc

I'm getting Kane back for 35. Realizing that DGW rotation risks are less preferable than nailed players from SGW teams with something still to play for

Liverpool play Villarreal 2 days before the Saturday game against Watford, which could also involve ET and pens. Anyone's guess who will play in the League game, but expect the reserves.

      Keeping Aguero probably
      Might keep Mitrovic as well
And might go for Carroll as 3th striker

Thinking I have to sell Coutinho and Sakho for hits. First game of 37 comes a couple of days after the 2nd leg too.

At least we will know in time who played the Europa game. But what is Klopp's first XI for Villarreal? Firmino just back from injury so difficult to tell. But front 4 probably: Milner-Coutinho-Firminho/Lallana-Origi

Newcastle have everything to play for. It's one thing playing the reserves against Watford, Bournemouth, but against a relegation-threatened team... will Klopp/Liverpool want all the stick that will come from fielding a second-string team?

Terrible start to the fabled dgw then, only 9/15 players started
    Goalkeeper: Both played 90
Defence: 2 players not started (1 subbed on)
Midfield: 2 players not started (1 subbed on)
Attack: 2 players not started (2 subbed on)

    Cheers Liverpool

    Anyone do worse than this?

11/15 starters for me. But many of these were heavy hitters like Souare, Delaney, Robles.

Anyone has an idea about the C and TC % of Aguero and Sanchez inside the top 10K ?

I decided to have a look on my pre-WC team and my current team to see which would have done better over the last 2 weeks. Will do the same for GW35 next week too.

    GW33
    Pre-WC: 71
    WC: 81

    GW34
Pre-WC Bench Boost: 46 (with DDG, Gabriel, Bellerin, Toby, Alli, Ozil (c), Payet, Aguero, Kane left)
WC: 65 (with DDG, Gabriel, Loven, Sakho, Milner, Payet, Ozil, Sanchez (TC), Martial, Carroll, Aguero)

So basically it works out as a 29 point difference so far
    117 (with 9 left)
146 (with 11 inc. TC left)
