    Early thoughts about DGW37
Which SGW players will you have (you think)?

All I know is that I'll have Defoe and PvA. Who knows which other teams will still have something to play for by then...

Don't really want to think about it til the GW36 WC.

1 half of GW34. Felt like everything collapsed. Started on bench: Fosu-M, Martrial, Mitrovic, Couthino, Sakho. Wrong Captain. Lost CS and bonus on Gabriel and Monreal. Still 81 points????? and 15+1 to go. Feel quite satisfied.

Honestly, the only thing i regeret over GW 33 & 34 is that i bought the wrong liverpool players, probably should've gone for studge & avoided any pool defence, thankfully i'll do that in the coming GWs, shipping both sakho & coutinho, also another mistake is martial
    sakho
    coutinho
    martial
going out of my team ASAP

yes, but that makes the whole concept of DGW redundant, i was hoping for 60 mins each

The ideal combo is a DGW, and teams that are going for top 4 finish and don't have European distractions. Which is why Arsenal/Man U should have been priorities and why we relied on some logic from their managers.

I wouldn't call them regrets. They were all good moves based on fixtures and budgets. I mean, Martial against Villa was a no brainer. I'm just glad Lukaku didn't play, as I swapped him for Martial. That would have been too much to handle 😛

oh, i was on triple everton in GW 33, good grief, my point is it is important to get players who will start both games

TBF, most people thought Man U still had things to play for and would play their best side. But then... LVG. Seems like he doesn't want Rashford, Rooney and Martial in the same eleven.

indeed, that team against villa was shocking, hoping he starts mid-week to salvage something, but i wanted players starting both games

Aguero... GW35 and GW36 are closely followed both times by Champions League games. Must be a serious risk of rotation. Or does the race for the top 3/4 mean that he can't be rested?

Not that I am getting rid, but there must be a case for it if you dont have other problems to address first. The Liverpool rotation has given me the jitters!

    1. Piggs Boson

Every season there's usually some worry about Aguero getting rested but it never seems to happen. Just comes off earlier.

It won't be though for Pellegrini. Surely he will be going all out to win the Champions League and stuff the League position to bequeath to Pep?

Need a vardy replacement now! Depressing this is probably the last time i'll own him this season, he's been great! Only missed 2 off his goals all season

Thinking Shane Long? for a one week point

      Can you afford Mr. Kane?

Looking at Long myself though, depends on Pelle news.

Would have to -4 to get Kane in.
Could do Lukaku > Kane and Payet > Alli but then id want both of them back soon.

obviouslt bb , it gives you potentuially 8 extra games on dgw , tc gives you 2 on dgw

TC is worth more if you get it right. For most people BB will net them more.

So far my AOA (-3), TC (+4) and BB (+8) has got me a total gain of 9 points. With Darlow, Lanzini, Sakho, Moreno to add to that. What a waste they turned out to be 😀

One of the biggest gains I've seen tbf

        Mine cost me 2 points

AOA was/is worthless. Netted 0 as Ozil didnt play that week. BB on the whole has cost me close to 35 points so far over last two GWs.

All the chips are lottery. More suited to casual-style than FFS.

With the first set of DGW matches, if given the option would you:

      1) TC your current (C) and lose BB (and any subsequent bench points).
      2) Stick it out and hope for the best in the next set of games.

Clyne + Coutinho not playing screwed up my first half of my DGW

Mensah, Lanzini and Martial also scored 1 pt only

Still happy with 68(-8) with 14 plus two time Sanchez left to play.

We're playing 2-5-5-3 with no bench.
