    Which is the best way to get Payet? Can't afford Coutinho > Payet directly

    C- Kane + Coutinho/Mane' > Lukaku + Payet (-4), Risky but I need to catch 40 points in ML.

      Definitely not Iheanacho or Moreno.

      Liverpool player owners need to be prepared for the fact that first time players could get rested against the easier sides i.e. Swansea & Watford and might return for the harder game against Chelsea

    If I do B, I'd be relying on Bellerin - Smalling - Simpson as a back 3 but perhaps Milner and Alli might not play so maybe I need to ship Alli?

    Team is in bits! like many on here WC didn't work out too greatly, thinking of the below two moves this week (will wait until later in the week)

    Sakho & Alli > Cresswell & Lanzini

    My thoughts are that my ML rival (35 points behind me) has Cresswell so I want to nip that in the bud. Team would then look like this:

    DDG / Darlow

    Fosu-Mensha , Gabriel, Bellerin , PVA, Cresswell

    Payet, Lanzini, Sanchez, Mahrez , Lingard

    Kane, Aguero , Sturridge.

    Have I got the transfers right?

      Dreadful week, not a big decline in OR, but meh. Will need to bring in Defoe since i really think he has 2 goals in him vs stoke.
      Debating who to ship, Kun or Martial. Kun seems like a better choice with CL games taking their focus. Guess it depends on the result tomorrow.

        I'll be shipping Martial (if not this week then he'll be benched and removed next week) for one of Carroll or Defoe, leaning towards the former at the moment for the DGW37, this is definitely the week to bring Defoe in though, agree that he could do very well v Stoke!

        I'm good 🙂 not sure whether to take a hit or not this week but I'll know more by Thursday 🙂

          Fair enough. I really think Defoe will come through this week. I MIGHT take a hit this week as well which will involve Coutinho out, to be fair he would be on my bench. So, wasted -4 to cause myself a benching headache. Also was thinking of bringing in Cresswell for Gabriel. (If i ship Kun for Defoe, it will be Simpson > Cresswell)

            Yup, he's a great shout, one of the best strikers to own this week no doubt, I'm just not 100% convinced he's the best double gameweek candidate, seems to do better away from home. He'd be my 4th striker though no doubt!

            I suppose that Coutinho move depends on Thursday, I'm considering something similar..
            Firmino out and Townsend in.. and then Martial (who's on my bench) out for a -4 for Carroll/Defoe who would just put Lanzini on the bench.. So I'll probably just make the midfield move this week!

            Cresswell is a good shout but I've made my bed with Rose now, might do Rose -> PvA next week!

              Yea, well at the moment i own both Townsend and PvA. I am looking at bringing in Cresswell for Simpson. Really depends on the Kun move i would say. I am definatelly bringing in Defoe this GW, just depends for who.

    Boys I'm in big trouble. From being tied for the league 2 weeks ago I am now 40 pts behind and in 3rd. I am the only one with TC left though so have to use it in DGW and pray for goals.

    Currently my team has many flaws...

    Obviously if Clichy and KDB play tonight they will be rotated on sat.

    Coutinho is the same as KDB.

        Would this be your only move considering there are Alli and Sakho definitely out and Gabriel also who is likely not to play? Thoughts about the transfers I was considering?

    Sakho gets suspended and Alli goes around punching people. No end to the reasons my players don't start.

    Team for GW36 (* are players who might not start)

    DDG (Robles)
    Gabriel - Simpson - Gabriel* - (Fosu-Mensah* - Sakho*)
    Sanchez - Mahrez - Payet - Alli* - KDB*
    Aguero - Kane - (Mitrovic*)

    Right now I have 7 outfield players, and I need 10.

    Suggestions? How about ...
    Sakho out, Alli out (assuming suspension) and Mitrovic out -> Cresswell, Lanzini and Defoe?

      You're options are decent, but in my opinion you are picking a defender from a team that don't defend well, and a striker from a team that don't score many goals.

      How about PVA and Carroll instead of Cresswell and Defoe?

        I'm 0.1 away from being able to go Sakho and Mitrovic to PVA and Carroll. Would need to downgrade Alli. Any good suggestions for cheap midfielders below 6.2? Could go Lanzini.

        Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure you said Vardy wouldn't be charged for the manner in which he left the field. (Because he's English).

          You are correct. I didnt think he would have banned. Vardy had previous of getting away with abusing officials so the statement had foundation.

        There is no outcry for banning Vardy. Leicester win the league regardless, and he probably deserved it. The case doesn't affect Alli's case.

        Most certainly will be a 3 match ban for Alli. There's no way the FA can let someone punch another player and don't get suspended.
