With just eight teams remaining in the Euro 2016 tournament, we bring you news of a DraftKings offer that’s exclusive to readers of Fantasy Football Scout.

If you’ve yet to register with DraftKings, they’re offering the opportunity of free entry to an upcoming contest for the quarter-finals, which get underway on Thursday, June 30.

Providing you sign up via this link before 4pm on Thursday, your account will be credited with $3 by 6pm that day.

Players should then use the credit amount to enter the “EUROS $13k Striker” contest on Thursday.

This contest starts at 8pm Thursday and takes in the Thursday and Friday fixtures of the quarter-finals, which incorporates both Poland’s encounter against Portugal and Wales’ clash with Belgium the following day.

If you’re new to DraftKings, we published a selection guide earlier this summer which should help in assembling your eight-man squads for the upcoming competition.

We’ll also be rolling out our player picks for the Thursday contest tomorrow afternoon to offer further assistance.

    If so, would have him with Ozil if you already have Muller and Hector, or would you have just him and not Ozil with Muller and Hector against the Italians?

        If I keep Rami I can't get Pogba as 5 French gets too much. And if I don't get Pogba, Ozil is my only good option as Hazard spoils the balance of my defence. I can get Nanggolian instead of Draxler but I think he plays a bit too deep for good returns.

            It will but he has problems too Dier,Alli,Kante out very less budget too deal with. None from Portugal & Poland. 4 French & 4 Germans. A little imbalance I expect him to go wrong somewhere.

      Premier League has been poor for ages. This season is probably the start of the change in swing though - we have 3 of the top 5 managers in the world, imo.

        The problems are much deeper though.
        Everyone seems to look for quick fixes(pundits etc)
        I'm in no way an expert and certainly don't think I hold any answers but some things are really strange.

        Youngsters need schooling at an early age, in Italy tjey are drilled in defensive work and not just defenders but mids and forwards also. To bring in senior team coaches don't solve anything.
        A few years back I was shot down completely when I stated that there is a reason why several countrys send youngsters and coaches to Italy for schooling. They also send them to Holland and Germany.
        England doesn't even have any players in other countrys.
        Why not, well cause they are comfortavle playing at home and take the easy road. Earlier English players went abroad to widen their experiences and develop in areas that was not brought to light in England. I mean, Waddle went to Marseille(ok he was 29 then I think), Platt went to Italy(aged around 25), Lineker went to Barcelona(aged 26 I think) and so on and so on.
        A player like Wally have not evolved or developed in years, why on gods green earth has he not taken the plunge to go abroad to try and become a better player.
        There is a lack of ambition throughout English footy, not only from the players but also from clubs. It's disgusting to see English teams treat EL like the plague.
