I'm discounting Aguero a little based upon Steau being poor and Stoke being a different proposition. I felt like City generally struggled to create chances against Sunderland - lots of possession sure, but not always a lot to show for it. Chatted to a City season ticket holder today about it and they felt the same way (I'm sure others will feel differently).
Guess partly always planned to rotate Ibra and Aguero if I owned them, so this is following through on that plan (fixtures/form permitting).Cheers to all respondents

I also have all those players except Musa for Vardy and I'm going with Ibra captain and Kun vc.
I was originally on Kun and think he'll do well also, but I have a gut feeling about Ibra so I'm going with it, and because I also have Aguero anyway, any Aguero haul won't be as damaging in terms of net losses against Kun captainers.

Aguero for me, or Hazard, Firmino could be an excellent choice though.
I'm honestly surprised by the amount of people that are captaining Aguero. Yes he just scored 3 midweek, but stoke away? Tough task.
Won't lie, i agree, i'm just thinking that with City's type of play now under Pep it will be well drilled.
I have Firmino but wouldn't consider captaining him unless it was a home game against an obliging defence.
That doesn't mean I don't think he could do well this gw, but I think making him captain is a high risk and unnecessary decision given the other options available.
Amazing the success and improvements of sport in the UK at the moment, from all the different Olympians to Wales football, to English Rugby to Andy Murray and Lewis Hamilton... and then there's the England football team who are just perpetually a colossal disappointment. The FA are relatively powerless, facilities and coaching are generally crap. PL holds all the cards these days and profit is their only ambition.
It's the most popular sport in the world. Money isn't going to have the same positive effect for football as it is for niche Olympic sports which don't have the same participation levels. You think if the current England players had better facilities and coaching as youngsters they would actually be better? I'd doubt it

I've given up with it. My custom one keeps disappearing after a day.
From what I've watched I have found that often preseason performance has been converted into good Fpl points or underlying stats.(so far). I expect this to continue. For this reason, it makes ManCity, Man Utd, and Chelsea players in particular a must have, among many. A lot has been said about the Manchester clubs so I am here to analyse Antonio Conte's Chelsea.
We all know Chelsea is a big rebuilding job and Conte's managerial experience could see them rise to the top again. Conte has already made considerable progress with the Blues; many gruelling training sessions have started to instill the Antonio Conte way into the blues. . We know Antonio favours a 3 back but with Chelsea he has converted to a four back with Kante protecting the back four. He has also seems to love Nemanja Matic and at this stage prefers Oscar to Fab. Willian provided width while Hazard had more of a free roaming role.
From the opening game, we have learnt that:
-Antonio Conte opted for the energy of N’Golo Kante in midfield with the defensive Nemanja Matic and Oscar ahead.
Conte also has a number of tactical approaches which may offer Fabregas a route back into the team but doesn't look likely for now.
It took less than a minute for Kante to make his first trademark interception when he snatched the ball away from the West Ham striker, Andy Carroll.
Throughout the game Kante managed to continue putting in the challenges to disrupt West Ham without picking up a red card.Alhough he will not be a great FPL asset he will most definitely sure up Chelsea at the back. Given the upcoming fixtures investing in a defender wouldn't be a bad idea.
Oscar has been given a new lease of life under Antonio Conte and aswell as providing some attacking threat in the opening game, he often dropped back in to collect the ball from Kante a get the attacks started.

In the Sky game, is it worth using a transfer if the player's not going to play? Yes, I'm talking about Mane. Will be using a transfer on Ayew as well.
I would personally, but it depends whether you want to play short or long game. I've already made 2 changes but I like to make regular changes

Definitely, can make more rash transfers I think, but I think we'll need to be careful to have a captain option each day, so it will all balance out in the end I think 🙂

I'm way down the ~7000 mark. In previous seasons, it's been beneficial holding onto transfers and using them late on to move quickly up the league against people who have used all their transfers up.
