Think he's brilliant value, seriously considering him myself, only thing I'd recommend is if you do get him, get another good value 4th defender like Stones or Williams, then you've always got a reliable option of going 4-4-2 when Hull have a tough game.

Didn't have Ibra, had VVD tying up funds and wasn't up with whole structure. Took a gamble going no Ibra, realised I needed to act fast in order not just to get him, but to get a solid team around him

Friend is injured, Souare/Townsend in a poor Palace team who can't win or score goals. I'd change Friend, followed by Souare. At least Townsend is a threat, looks their best player, and is very greedy with shots. Hopefully adding Benteke will improve his returns, I have Townsend also.

A will start, D may well not. If D comes on as a sub I'll only lose 1 point if both blank. A blanking looks likely vs. Chelsea defence. D takes set pieces when he plays, and could get joy vs. Swans backline. If D doesn't play, A is first sub anyway.... Can't decide.

I was considering a hit to avoid the drop on Firmino, but that was until Friend was injured and A.Gray might be facing a ban. If I had an FT I'd drop Firmino, poor fixtures and no returns yet (albeit he has good stats), it's a fickle game.
It is indeed a fickle old game. Bad luck with those situations. I've got friend too, but never expected to more than 1-2pt from him anyway. You not got anyone to take his place? Firmino stats do concern me, they're not that bad to be honest. And he scored last night too. But that .1 is the equivalent of a .5 as you can't get anything else in the price bracket just. And I think this season TV will be v important.
I will play Stones, Shaw, Morgan this week. But the Manchester Derby is up next, and Leicester face Liverpool, so that defence needs some surgery.
I agree TV will be very important this year, but I can't stomach a 4pt hit this early for a player who will be starting every week in a good attack. Started badly, could do without the points hits.
