The Dugout Discussion – Burnley vs Arsenal

Gameweek 7 comes to its conclusion as Burnley welcome Arsenal to Turf Moor.

The Gunners roll up on the back of four straight league wins, with Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott both in fine recent form.

The Chilean teed up Walcott’s pair of strikes in the midweek Champions League win over FC Basel and with three double-figure hauls in four, carries the armband hopes of many at Turf Moor.

Walcott has now notched five times in seven across all competitions and has risen to 6% ownership in Fantasy Premier League.

Another big performance today would surely kick start a bandwagon over the international break, yet Arsene Wenger’s side face an obstinate Clarets rearguard that has conceded just five goals in the previous 17 league matches in front of their own supporters.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Why are people getting in Son? Won't he be travelling to Asia for his internationals?

I agree that he's due a haul soon but his price will plummet, the fixtures aren't the best and there are plenty of cheaper alternatives.

    The hand of God!

Woke up feeling rather grumpy this morning after transferring Baines & Firmino out for Koscielny & Lallana (-4) but in the 93rd minute of Arsenal's game Lorient Koscielny saves my gameweek bundling the ball into the goal with what looks like a blatant handball.

48 points in total not great but seems above average from what I can see.

    Current team

    Jaku Pickford
    Holebas Coleman Walker MKelly Amat
    Alexis Snodgrass Capoue Firmino Payet
    Aguero Deeney Lukaku

0,0m in bank and 2 FT.

IF all my players get back fit from the international break I was thinking one of these options:

    A. Jaku to Grant (to use at least one transfer and have 2 playing goalkeepers for the coming weeks)

    OR

    B. Walker and Coleman to Lovren and Koscielny (to exploit Arsenal and L'pool kind run of fixtures)

    Thoughts?
