Sunday’s events conclude at St Mary’s as Southampton play host to Sean Dyche’s Burnley.

The Saints will be seeking a fourth consecutive clean sheet in the Premier League, a seventh in a row in all competitions.

Visitors Burnley will need to improve their attacking threat in order to threaten that record. The Clarets have scored just five goals from their seven matches, creating three big chances – the fewest in the Premier Leauge.

The Saints attack has disappointed with just seven goals scored in their seven matches. However, the statistics show that they have the potential to improve on that record in this one: Claude Puel’s side have produced a shot on goal every 4.8 minutes at St Mary’s – only Liverpool have been more threatening in home matches this season.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Choose one each:

    1. Evans -> 3.9 (got Amat)
    2. Snodgrass -> Allen (4th mid)

    A) Williams -> Vertonghen
    B) Valencia -> Mustafi

      Don't think any of them really need to be sold. Liverpool and Hull have great fixtures, Leicester's are about to turn, and Deeney is in good form with Swansea and Hull up next.

    Hi, appreciate some clarification on this. I bought antonio at 7.0, his price went up to 7.3 and my selling price is 7.1 (50% rule). The price has gone down to 7.2 and soon it will be 7.1. When that happens will his selling price remain 7.1 or drop back to 7.0?

    1. MTPockets

      When his price is 7.1, you will be able to sell him for only 7.0. It rounds down

    Guys, I need some help here:
    Sanch/Firm/Wally/Sterling/Capoue
    Rashford/Kun/Kaku

    1.Capoue>Allen 3-5-2
    2.Rashford/Capoue>Lallana/Dio 3-5-2
    3.Sterling/Rashford>Costa/Allen 3-4-3

    Any other ideas ?
    Still need more thoughts what to do...
    Thanks!

          Fair enough but while Rashford's starting games prefer him for next few (exc gw9 - burnely/swansea).

    I'm wondering what has changed with Allen over the last couple of weeks? Has his role changed, is he getting plenty of shots on goal, or is this current run of form just fluky??

    1. Tansey
      • 11 Years
      9 years, 10 months ago

      Compared to his role at Liverpool, he's playing in a more advanced midfield role now, but still I can't see him keeping this going much longer, he never was one for the goals

    Pickford (Foster)
    Koscielny - Valencia - Holebas (B. Davies, Amat)
    Sanchez - Firmino - Sterling - Snodgrass (Capoue)
    Aguero - Lukaku - Deeney

    1 FT, 0.3 ITB.

    A) Save
    B) Sterling -> Walcott
    C) Capoue -> Allen (play AOA and bench Valencia)
