The final fixture of Gameweek 9 sees us pay visit to Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea entertain former manager Jose Mourinho and Man United at 4pm.

The home side have chalked up two straight wins and clean sheets since Antonio Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation, defeating Hull and Leicester in consecutive Premier League fixtures.

Diego Costa is the Blues’ main threat, having scored or assisted in seven of the Blues’ first eight fixtures.

The Spain international sits just one booking short of a single-match suspension, though it’s worth noting that a caution today would see him sit out the midweek EFL Cup clash with West Ham and free him up to face Southampton in Gameweek 10.

Those who have held onto Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be hoping for signs of a return to form, bearing in mind the Reds then host Burnley next weekend.

The Swede – who is the second most-captained player for Gameweek 9 – has plummeted in price to 11.3 after scoring just one goal in his previous six league outings.

      Sanchez, KDB, Hazard for me.

      Sanchez ahead of the others because he's a better captain option and there are plenty of weeks where you'd captain him over Aguero in the near future.

      I'm also considering a 'Pool defender...toss-up between 'Pool and Foxes. They're definitely cheap at the 5m mark...just not sure how many Clean Sheets either team has.

    Austin vs Wilson

    Looking at next 6 surely Austin is the better option right ?

    Wilson fixtures arent that great in next 3 as people seem to suggess. Boro kept arsenal at bay while Stoke have 2 cs in last 2.

    Soton meanwhile has shown they can perform against big boys and could explode against hull with better players(like Tadic Redmond around him)

    Post a little long so apologies in advance but any advice would be welcome as always:

    Heaton

    Valencia, Smith, Pieters (Amat, Kone)

    Son, Walcott, Sanchez, Firmino (Capoue)

    Costa, Aguero, Deeney

    .5 itb

    A. keep Son for one more week due to Leicester poor form and roll transfer.

    B. Sell Son for Arny (he's due), Shaqiri or Lallana.

    C. Carry transfer then bring in Coutinho and sell Deeney for Austin or down grade Valencia.

    D. Valencia to Holebas/Lovren and Son to Coutinho this week for a -4 to beat price rise/decrease.

    E. Ship Capoue for a 4.3/4.4 bench fodder and take the hit for Coutinho this week.

    Thinking Arny is less of a rotation risk and due....feel like Shaq and Cout moves are chasing points a little and been burned by Son 2 weeks ago and Walcott this week doing exactly that....

          I really wouldn't sell Valencia before Burnley. Almost giving 4 points away for that, plus the 4 point transfer hit.

          Need to think really carefully about whether the point score justifies the hit. In that case, it definitely doesn't.
