Gameweek 18 rolls on this evening as Liverpool welcome Stoke to Anfield in a 5.15pm kick-off.

Owned by over 21% of Fantasy Premier League managers, Sadio Mane’s home form suggests he’s the man most likely to wreak havoc against the Potters – the Senegal international has scored or assisted in six of seven Anfield appearances since arriving from Southampton over the summer.

Divock Origi, with goals in all but one of the last five Gameweeks, retains his starting berth, with Jurgen Klopp set to unleash Daniel Sturridge from the bench once again.

Roberto Firmino also keeps his place as he attempts to end a run of six straight blanks.

For the Potters, Joe Allen is the form player – he’s bagged a goal and assist in the last three Gameweeks as he prepares to face his former club for the first time since moving to the bet365.

Between the posts, Lee Grant has produced at least one save point in each of the last four and should be kept busy again as the hosts look for the win that would see them leapfrog Man City into second.

    If you have Costa, zlatan and origi. Should i really be looking to get aguero? Origi is likely to be muscled out as sturridge gets fitter. But I haven't really got funds.to have Costa, zlatan and aguero without weakening my team.

    What are other people's thoughts on Kun?

      I'm leaning more towards going without (same strikeforce that you mentioned) the Burnley game is the real carrot but will he even start that 2 days after the crucial game at Liverpool?

      Everyone knows how much Pep likes to rotate and he could see Burnley as the easier game to rotate, think I'll gamble against it and see if Costa/Ibra keep performing.

      Sanchez at Bournemouth and Ibra at West Ham are strong enough captain options for me that week.

      Did it last night, pointless taking the fall if it was a planned Costa to Ibra to Kane to Costa move.

      He may score a brace but after flopping as C in the last 2 home games the trust for the C may be dead, he's too expensive in these circumstances so cut the cord and protect your value.

      If he scores a brace you'll say thanks and bring in someone who you'll probably captain at the weekend who's rarely blanked all season.

      Let the over thinkers over think.

            I am resigned to missing out on a haul every now and again when the likes of Kane scores a brace away to a top team or something. But I think it will balance out in my favour.

        Although I'm not confident in owning him, I think he still is the best out of those options.

        Rondon and Negredo just score big once and do nothing for a long period of time afterwards. Carroll isn't doing too well either and Llorente isn't nailed for all we know

          Thanks. I guess Sturridge will start v Man City but Origi may get 15 minutes and may will start v Sunderland. Only decision therefore is whether to play Origi or bench v City as first sub and play Ake against Swansea.
