I'm also struggling with the fact that I'd rather captain Costa at this point. I always feel like I need to be able to captain an expensive player over 9 mil. otherwise the funds are better spread across the team.

I had a look at routes to a ibra kun costa frontline and came to the same two enablers. I already have Phillips so I'm only two trades away from it

To justify this transfer,

Phillips and Cabaye needs to get as much points lesser than Hazard and Siggy(or Lallana as Siggy's fix turns for the worse) as the difference between Aguero and Carroll. Think Hazard should edge it.
