On the eve of Gameweek 19, we can reveal those who prevailed in the sixth round of our open-to-all Fantasy Premier League cup competition to earn a place in the last sixteen stage, which takes place over the next set of fixtures.

For this cup contest there are more than £1,000 worth of prizes for UK based entrants courtesy of our partner FanDuel, as well as £350 in Amazon vouchers to the top three managers at the end of the competition.

In addition, the highest scoring manager each round will collect a £30 FanDuel credit, with Big Phil Soccer Team winning that accolade for the second week in a row. He is also the competition’s highest placed manager, with an overall rank of 5838, and faces David Brains in round seven after seeing off TorresMagic 95 to 76.

Despite losing out, TorresMagic’s tally was enough to earn him a £10 FanDuel credit as one of the four next highest scorers in round six.

Among the closest ties in round seven is the clash between 9,047 placed Bashvilla and Real Sociopath, who has an overall rank of 11,415.

Another similarly ranked battle involves 8,265 placed DillyDingDillyDongFC against Back on the Horse, who sits in 21,192nd.

The competition’s second highest ranked manager and another recipient of a round six highest score prize of a £10 FanDuel credit, is 6426th placed Simonsimondock. He takes on Moin, who is just 9,000 places below him in the overall standings.

The competition’s lowest ranked manager at 1,006,807 is 808AllDay, who saw off 31,470 placed jurgenklopp.8 in round six and also earned a £10 FanDuel credit for his tally of 75. This giant killer has a slightly easier tie in the next round when he takes on 157,004 placed malvernangells.

Meanwhile, Lowlifegimpe, who also claimed a round six highest score £10 FanDuel credit, takes on Hazardousblue.

The final round seven clashes sees Dumbo Delap face Urchin, another recipient of a £10 FanDuel voucher for a high round six score.  Meanwhile, A Manager Has No Name squares up to Jacknap.

The sixth round results can be found via this link, while the full seventh round draw can be found here.

Good luck to those still involved and if you would like more information on the schedule and prizes click this link. Due to the busy festive fixtures, the competition will not take place in Gameweek 20, with the quarter-finals to be played out in Gameweek 21.

I posted a comment saying this last night too, i can't believe he's dropping either!
I know he's off to AFCON but he has 2 more games to go & even though its city next liverpool are the highest scorest & city have such a dodgy defence. Plus klopp will want to play him as much as he can before so of all liv midfiilders he's the one to get 90 minutes in next to matches.

      1 FT:
      Bank: 0.3

      Heaton
      Walker - Cedric - Amat
      Sanchez - Eriksen - Walcott - Sigurdsson
      Ibrahimovic (c) - Origi - Costa
Subs: Pickford, Capoue, Evans and Pieters.

What should I do? Walker suspended, Pickford injured, Walcott doubtful. Really bad. Can you help me. Would reluctantly sell Walker because I save 0.4.

Son could start against Watford. Sissoko is doing well at the moment, but I could imagine that Poch might start Son. I even go from out. Son is a good alternative. But he is not set. Eriksen or Alli has more security.

I think he'll start at Watford....will likely be in the Differentials. Spurs will surely rest someone with Chelsea in mind and with Watford looking ravaged by injury. Son starts for me.

If I had the balls, I would have Walcott > Son for a 1 week punt.

Went Lallana. I've too much "old Jonty" in me these days - given in to the dullside of the Force.

Aye but I don't think so now. Too important to them. Really fancy Eriksen at the mo - very happy to have him at Watford. Could be very messy that one.

I know plans don't usually ever work out. But how does these few sound:

          Holebas -> Ake
          And
          Cedric -> Brunt
(Maybe for a hit next week as need the 1st transfer to gain the cash)

Sure, Costa does have Stoke, but if anyone can handle the physical presence of Costa, it's probably the Stoke back line. They just struggle with fast pace and trickery merchants.

Much rather own Hazard for this week, and I don't, so don't see much reason to do Kane -> Costa. Then Kane has the London derby, and he loves those. Might even get a cheeky penalty...

Stoke just seem to give up quite easily against Liverpool, if Chelsea score early it could be a very heavy defeat for Stoke

Is lallana good enough as pool cover.?
Have Firmino but need the 1m cash for future upgrades.
Used .3m and my ft for a keeper so this is for a hit but I don't mind that.

Involved in more goals than any other midfielder this season - 38% of Liverpool's goals this season. If the points are going to be shared among the Liverpool mids with no clear winner, I guess it makes sense to go with the cheapest.

These were my reasons behind the transfer made just 10 minutes ago.

I've decided he probably is. His value can't be understated - even if the more pricey Pool mids outscore him, he's helping enable a better fantasy squad overall.
