There’s just a single Gameweek 26 fixture on Sunday’s menu as Tottenham Hotspur entertain Stoke City in the 1.30pm kick off.

Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli boast the main goal threat for the hosts as Maurico Pochettino names the same XI that started against Genk in midweek – an indication that Spurs will line up in a 3-4-2-1 set-up.

Snapped up by over 96,000 FPL managers last week, Kane was the sixth most captained player in the Gameweek – he’s bagged four goals in his last two at the Lane and fired a hat-trick against Fulham in the FA Cup last weekend.

Eriksen, meanwhile, has delivered double-figures in four of his last six home appearances in the league and served up a goal and assist on Thursday evening.

Alli has managed attacking returns in four of his previous six at the Lane but was still subject to more sales (66,000+) than any player without a Gameweek 26 fixture.

Meanwhile, Fantasy managers have the chance to do some early scouting on Stoke’s main men ahead of a potential double Gameweek 27.

Should Man City progress past Huddersfield on Wednesday night and confirm the double, the likes of Peter Crouch and Marko Arnautovic could find their way into our short-term plans.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

      You're similar to me mate.

It's gonna leave you very short in GW28 bringing in multiple potential DGWs

Already got at least 6 nailed starters for gw28. Plus snoddy Phillips and stanislas..

I'll take 2 transfers to give me at least 8.....that's cool for me.

And alli the player I may lose this week has no gw28....

Alli to Sterling would leave you with a very week midfield after the blanks.

Think they ought too boo Vardy and a couple others every chance they get. Ideally, they force him to quit the club. You can just tell he was on to something.

He's maybe got above his station. Who knows what has gone on tbh. They are probably at their level so it's no real surprise to me that they are struggling. its not like the Chelsea situation last season imo where they were definitely not at the level you would expect. Monday and the coming weeks will give an indication

It's a toss a coin to play Coleman or Baines. Baines likely to be pinned back by Walker, but on penos. Would probably go with Baines on the count of he's due!

    Bottomed

    Heaton Pickford
    Alonso Coleman Brunt Pieters Robertson
    Mane Eriksen Alli Siggy Snodgrass
    Ibra Lukaku Rondon

    1FT 2.4 ITB

Alli -> Sterling and Lukaku to Aguero if city have a double for -4?
then Aguero back to Lukaku for gameweek 28

Yep, decent moves. Would like to do the same but can't afford it (see below)due to stupid Barkley transfer last week...

  6. Art Vandelay
    • 15 Years
    9 years, 5 months ago

Really struggle with my next move and would appreciate some thoughts please. Attacking players are

    Mane Siggy Alli Barkley Philips

    Kane Ibra Kaku

1ft and 1.4 in the bank

Assuming City DGW, shall I stick with my original plan of the two Spurs lads to Sterling and Kun?

Just seems wrong after today. Going Kunless seems too risky but I could do Alli and Philips > Sane and Sterling.

These moves sound right if man city get the double?

    GW27
    Lukaku > Kún (C)
    Hazard > Sterling (-4)

    GW28 (8 players)
    Kún > Lukaku
    Sterling > Firmino (-4)

    Rest of team:
    Foster Heaton
    Alonso Baines McAuley Holgate Amat
    *Hazard* Mane Phillips Siggy Romeu

    Pickford Grant
    Williams Brunt McAuley Chambers Holgate
    Mane Hazard Allen Antonio Carroll
    Kane Kaku Llorente

Llorente to Kun also an option

So it comes down to whether you think Kane will score more against Everon, than Llorente does in two games for the Swans.

Glad I'm not alone don't fancy going beyond 28 with 3 Everton, 2 Swans and 2 West Brom. They all have awful fixtures

I'd rather wait till i know exactly which teams play in which dgw,but i'm chasing an 80 point lead against a good player so there is no point waiting and doing exactly the same as what he will be doing. One to mull over.

It will be posted million times this week but...who to sell for Kun?

    a) Kane (have Eriksen)
    b) Costa

Kane would be back for GW 29. Costa probably too.

Spurs vs everton next game week...guess it will be a tight match not many goals in it so ucan sacrifice kane to aguero because of dgw and kane blanks in gw 28 and keep lukaku if u have both kane and kaku...and den u can transfer back kun to kane in gw 29....

Dis seems to be interesting because stoke has conceded 22 goals dis season with top 4 sides...so kun looks tempting at home against stoke

With Carroll dropping tonight I have to gamble and do this today, yes or no.

    2Fts
    Andy Carroll > Aguero
    Alli > tom carroll

And then later n the week Lallana > arnie for a one week punt?

Eek. A is a big upgrade especially if they get a double.

B is a little less appealing especially with Siggy's returns lately.

Yep Aguero is a must with the double just annoying have to do it today and gambling that they get it! Plus Carroll would play in 28 (barring injuries...)

B could be avoided and gives ,e an extra 28 player, just like the fun of having another double. Plus have mane and been trying to shift Lallana for ages!
