West Ham’s Michail Antonio has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a hamstring injury. Southampton frontman Manolo Gabbiadini is expected to return for the visit of Manchester City, but Joe Allen will miss Stoke City’s home fixture against Hull City with a hamstring problem.

Mauricio Pochettino will have Victor Wanyama available for the home clash against Bournemouth, with the midfielder able to play a full part in training this week following a back problem. Harry Kane is set to be handed a recall after returning from an ankle injury in last weekend’s 4-0 win over Watford.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe isn’t sure whether Dan Gosling will be fit for the trip to White Hart Lane after the midfielder suffered a setback to the knee problem he picked up against Southampton earlier this month. Junior Stanislas remains a minor doubt due to a groin injury, while Tyrone Mings is available again following his five-match ban.

Patrick van Aanholt has been included in the Crystal Palace squad for a home clash with Leicester after returning to training earlier in the week.

Ashley Williams will be available for Everton’s home clash against Burnley after missing the 4-2 win over Leicester City due to suspension.

Clarets boss Sean Dyche will be able to call upon Steven Defour for the trip to Goodison Park, with the Belgian training fully this week after sitting out the goalless draw against Middlesbrough due to a knock. Johann Berg Gudmundsson’s knee injury means he may miss out once again, with the winger likely to need another run-out for the U23’s before making a first-team return.

Joe Allen will miss Stoke City’s home encounter against Hull City following the hamstring injury that forced him off during last weekend’s 2-1 defeat to Liverpool. Jonathan Walters has sat out training this week due to a minor knee problem and is a doubt, while Ibrahim Afellay could be sidelined the rest of the season after undergoing knee surgery.

Hull City head coach Marco Silva will welcome back Tom Huddlestone for the trip to the bet365 Stadium following the midfielder’s three-match ban, while Dieumerci Mbokani has returned to full training this week following a hamstring injury and is available for selection. A late decision will be made on Harry Maguire (knee).

Southampton boss Claude Puel has revealed that Steven Davis (ankle) and Manolo Gabbiadini (groin) are likely to return to the squad for the home encounter against Manchester City, but Oriol Romeu remains suspended.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to St Mary’s, with Bacary Sagna, Ilkay Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus all still out.

Michail Antonio and Mark Noble will miss West Ham United’s trip to Sunderland. Antonio is out for the rest of the season after suffering a hamstring injury in the 1-0 win over Swansea City, while Noble is suspended following his tenth yellow card of the season against the Swans. Sam Byram and Andy Carroll should be fit, though, while Aaron Cresswell resumed training on Thursday following a knock and could return.

Watford will again the without the suspended Miguel Britos as they welcome Swansea City to Vicarage Road.

Swans midfielder Jack Cork has been ruled out of the trip to Watford after suffering a sprained ankle in the 1-0 defeat to West Ham last weekend. Fernando Llorente could be handed a recall at Vicarage Road after getting 45 minutes under his belt against the Hammers following an ankle injury.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis revealed that “one or two” players will be assessed today ahead of the home fixture against Liverpool, with the final decisions on the matchday squad to be made tomorrow.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will again be without the injured Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson for the trip to The Hawthorns. Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino should both be handed starts after coming off the bench to inspire the Reds to a 2-1 win at Stoke last time out.

Arsene Wenger remains without David Ospina and Lucas Perez for the trip to Middlesbrough, but Petr Cech could be back in the squad after missing the last three matches with a calf injury. Laurent Koscielny is set to return to training today following an Achilles problem and, if he comes through unscathed, might also be in contention to face Boro. The Arsenal boss reckons that Cech and Koscielny have “an 80% chance” of featuring on Monday night.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

Yep looks solid. If I get him in for Valencia, that means I can get Ibra for Vardy next week without downgrading Alonso (which was the original plan). Am pretty tempted, just need to decide whether to do it now or give Valencia one more chance this weekend. Really can't see him playing both of the DGW fixtures though so not sure there's much point in hanging on.

The majoity of you are planning a GW36 WC with a GW37 BB. Have you planned out who you would want on this WC? I honestly prefer a GW34 WC

    1. Numb

I would fancy Zaha (HUL) to do better than most DGWrs at that price

    2. ANON.
      • 13 Years
      9 years, 3 months ago

Yes I've planned mine. It depends what your team looks like for GW34. This will be mine:

      VALDES
      Alonso, VALENCIA, BARRAGAN
      Sanchez, Alli, Eriksen, King
      IBRA, Lukaku, BENTEKE

      Pickford, Holebas, Mawson, Fletcher

      Then I can WC in 36 with 6DGW for 36 and 15DGW for 37:

      Foster, Pickford
      Mustafi, Monreal, Bavies, Stones, Yoshida
      Sanchez, Alli, Sane, Pedro, Redmond
      Kane, Jesus, Gabbi

          9 years, 3 months ago

Yeah. Might not be Barragan yet. Will decide on a Boro def under 4.5m next week. Maybe Chambers or Fabio. Valenica not worth swapping to Bailly for a hit imo

      • 15 Years
      9 years, 3 months ago

still have TC and BB so probably WC in GW35. I guess GW34 might be an option but I reckon Valdes, Zaha and Ibra (and maybe one more for a 4 point hit) will be enough for that double so no wildcard needed

Another option is to TC in GW38 which could be interesting!

Team depends on Sanchez and Arsenal since that will determine how much money I have available

Also have Origi but don't know for how long he will be nailed but with those fixtures Liverpool cover looks essential

Dont think cover is essential... And if possible, I would pick Firmino

Their fixtures and still in the running for CL I think they will points ( coutinho, firmino ) and it's possible

Wouldn't take a hit to get rid of a player who has a decent fixture like that, regardless of form.

Depends, every case is different. In this case, I believe Siggy can pay us back as he's a proven FPL asset, it's not like we don't know if he can perform or not. Plus Llorente is a boost to his prospects. Trust in him for one more week imo, then reassess

Hull, Bournemouth and West Ham were more than decent fixtures, if he'd done it a month ago he's be 20 pts up, so don't see why not

Heaton here too - he has survived both wildcards. Also got Alli, Valencia & Friend, but they've been out and come back in again

Could do Aguero to Lukaku. While Kun could do well, Lukaku should do better. Both are good this week. I think B is the best move

Was planning to hold this week. However wondering if the following might be smart.

Sell Sanchez and Anichebe to Kane and Davies/de roon
C Kane this week maybe worth it for -4
    Plan to WC gw 36
    1ft .1itb
    Jak
    Alsonso-Valencia-Stephens
    Sanchez-Alli-Erikson-Zaha-Coutinho
    Ibra-Lukaku

    Pickford-Nyom-Anichebe-Love

Yeah pretty sure I can get him back if needed. Do you think it's worth playing AOA seeing as Def isn't looking strong this week.

Just took first -8 of the season, with WC planned to be used before GW37 BB

Heaton, Pedro, Llorente > Hennessey, Zaha, Benteke

Baines > Gibson for free next week and got myself 6 DGWers for a total of -8, while getting 2 good home fixtures from the 3 Palace players. Good moves?

    Hennessey
    Valencia Alonso Baines
    Sanchez Alli Zaha Siggy
    Zlatan Lukaku Benteke
