The final double Gameweek side take to the pitch in Sunday’s late kick-off, with Crystal Palace making the trip to Anfield to face Liverpool.

Fantasy managers will, of course, be focused on both Wilfried Zaha and Christian Benteke in the Palace attack, with both commanding 144,000+ and 148,000 new Fantasy Premier League owners for Gameweek 34 respectively.

Benteke is skippered by 96214 (2.1%) of his owners as he bids to extend a run of three goals in his last four outings. He’ll face his former club in form, then, with Zaha and Andros Townsend tasked with providing him with the ammunition.

While Sam Allardyce’s side have every motivation to earn a third successive win at Anfield, Liverpool also have every incentive to claim a victory.

Their quest for a top spot and Champions League qualification goes on, with Fantasy managers focused on the efforts and output of Brazilian pair Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino.

Coutinho has been signed by over 34,000 FPL managers ahead of Gameweek 34, with Firmino earning 58,000+ new owners following his run of returns in six consecutive Gameweeks.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Current template team for GW36:

    Forster Pickford
    Yoshida Monreal Clichy Alonso Alderweireld
    King Sane Sanchez Hazard Pugh
    Lukaku Kane Gabbiadini

    A mess or a masterpiece?

I think the 3rd striker position is the biggest conundrum on a WC.

Rashford and Jesus still have question marks around them for me. United have a lot of games and Jesus hasn't proved his fitness yet. Plus it's not like aguero has been poor.

So I guess, either who is the 3rd striker option? Benteke and adopt a wait and see?

Or go for someone dirt cheap like Barnes or anichebe to enable a better midfield / defence?

Would be interesting to hear what people think

I think my earlier spell of owning Benteke is the reason I don't own him now. It's funny how you can sort of build relationships with players. Any others out their not go for Benteke this time because of his poor returns earlier in the season?

    Are match officials getting worse

The amount of decisions they are getting wrong appear to be getting more and more. The decisions they are getting wrong are deciding the result of the game far too often these days

    1. CloudSky

      What was wrong?

      1. Syd.
        • 16 Years
        8 years, 8 months ago

Just in general there are a lot of bad decisions in games. Real Madrid v Bayern the officials decided the result of that game with a dubious sending off and a goal which was 2 yards offside. Man City had a perfectly good goal ruled out today. The list goes on and on. These decisions should not be deciding the outcome of major competitions

        1. CloudSky
          • 9 Years
          8 years, 8 months ago

I agree, if they didnt get that peno in first game the game would be long over. Or that offside for Ramos OG. Video ref cant come quick enough. Its going to take a bit from football surely but will be worth it at the end of the day for getting the game more fair.
