After navigating through the group stage games in different possible ways, it’s time to get ready for the closing stage of the tournament. The group stage had been quite successful for our community,  which is second in the League of the leagues.

Let’s take a quick look at Bangladesh and India, the teams in the remaining semi-final, following England’s loss to Pakistan yesterday.

Bangladesh

The minnows of world Cricket have reached their first semi finals in an ICC tournament and have played some good Cricket throughout.

Key Players: Shakib AL Hasan(189), Mahmadullah (142), Tamim Iqbal(169),Mushfiqar Rahim(128), M.Hossain(98) and M. Rahman(62).

Differentials: Shabbir Rahman and Mortaza.

India

The defending champions managed to qualify for the playoffs after suffering a shock defeat in the hands of Sri Lanka.

Key Players: Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya and Yuvraj Singh.
Differentials: R. Ashwin and Kedar Jadhav.

And here’s a look at the Pakistan side that one of them will face.

Pakistan

The most unpredictable side have done the unpredictable yet again by qualifying ahead of more fancied sides like South Africa and Australia for the semi-final, and then progressing to the final.

Key Players: Hasan Ali(233), Junaid Khan(146), Sarfaraz Ahmed (141), Azhar Ali(125), Fakhar Zaman(123).

Differentials: Shoaib Malik and Imad Wasim.

Dreams Can captain goalkeepers at will.

Solid score that. India can chase anything though, hopefully we can count on our bowling.

They are gonna chase it. Set a new record etc. its gonna be unbearable.

To paraphrase Linekar you play ODI for 8 hours and the Indians win.

Been thinking about what I love in sport Like Fernando Torres, Agbonlahor, Dsus2 Stojakovic, and Emeka Oka I love Gary Ablett and Lukey Breust easy toove Patty Rafter and Phillipoussis But there’s someone who is better than them all A I think I’m in love with Ellyse Perry A She’s everything I want a sportsperson to be And ever since I saw her in the newspaper She’s been scoring goals in my heart Yeah me and Ellyse Perry, think we were meant to be Me and Ellyse Perry, think we were meant to be probably the most talented person in the world It’s like if Jacques Kallis and Pele were morphed into a girl
For Australia she bats and bowls E But for me she’s a keeper
I think I’m in love with Ellyse Perry A Though I’ve never met her and she’s never met me But I typed us into Love Calculator And we got 98% compatibility Yeah me and Ellyse Perry, think we were meant to be Me and Ellyse Perry, think we were meant to be You’ve just got to admire Her time management efficiency She plays two sports for Australia
And I’m pretty sure she’s got a quantum physics degree
It is easy to see why I think I’m in love with Ellyse Perry On a scale of one to ten she’d be a seventeen If I had Ellyse Perry I wouldn’t need any mates, Cos we’d just play sport together every day
Yeah me and Ellyse Perry, Think it’s forever, not temporary Yeah me and Ellyse Perry Think we were meant to be
