The second season of the official Fantasy Bundesliga game is here and is available in both English and German.

The first season was a lot of fun and we had a few Fantasy Football Scout regulars posters playing but no official league. This season I hope we can step up the community’s involvement and have created a FFS League (Password – FFS).

The concept and rules are very different to the Fantasy Premier League game, so if you are interested in playing I would recommend having a proper look-through. Statistics are a big part of the game so it suits the keen Fantasy player well.

The season will run from 18th August to 12th May over 34 gameweeks. The first deadline is kick off of the opening game on Friday night, August 18th 19:30 UK time.

Rules and Scoring points

-150 million budget to pick 15 players
-No limit on how many players you can have from one team.
-Three transfers between gameweeks. When planning your transfers try to make sure you have as many different kick-off times over a gameweek covered to maximize points potential.
-There are set wildcard weeks (we are not told exactly when) which were last year one of the international breaks in the autumn and the winter break.
-The transfer market is locked when the gameweek starts and opens again after the round is completed with player prices adjusted according to player performance.
-Captaincy has been replaced this year by a star player system. You pick one star forward, midfielder and defender who score 1,5x points.
-Manual substitutions during the gameweek (like in UEFA-games)
-You can replace a player in your starting xi with someone who is yet to play but you lose the points you sub out. You can also change your star player until you are happy with your score or run out of players in that position.
-Multiple ways of scoring points, not just goals, assists and clean sheets.
-If you want to do well in the game you need to understand the importance of duels won. See more here and here.

Selecting your squad

When picking your team you need to decide whether you are putting your budget to your starting xi or utilizing manual subs with more width. All of last year’s bargains have been bumped up in price so we need new ones and they usually introduce themselves when the season gets going, not before. This is why it may be smart to start with 12-13 strong starters and a couple of one million priced bench fodders.

Goalkeepers

Most important thing when picking goalies is that they keep a clean sheet as that gives you five points and every goal conceded loses one point. As every shot saved earns you a point save machines can also be beneficial, however, you want to avoid a scenario where your keeper’s team loses big and you are quickly looking at minus points.

Bayern’s Manuel Neuer (15m) is the most expensive keeper and (depending on his fitness) many will favor him and a fodder for reliable points. Good mid-priced keepers include Oliver Baumann (12m, Hoffenheim) and Rune Jarstein (11m, Hertha). Cheapest rotation pairs set you back 13-15m but for this to work your keepers need to play at different times and this is not the case in GW1 (Hannover/Mainz/HSV/Werder).

Defenders

You want defenders who win a lot of duels consistently every week. That way you have a solid base score even if your defender concedes or doesn’t get any attacking returns. Initially, you might look at someone like David Alaba (13m, Bayern) as one of the best defenders to pick, but even though he got four goals, four assists and a good amount of clean sheets last season, he wasn’t actually as good of a pick as on paper. That is because he didn’t earn many duel points.

Tried and trusted premium defender targets include Willi Orban (14m, RB), Benjamin Hübner (14m, Hoffenheim) and Werder’s very attacking wingback Theodor Gebre Selassie (13m). For a bit cheaper you could be looking at “Augsburg’s Roberto Carlos” Konstantinos Stafylidis (12m), Freiburg’s Caglar Söyüncü (11m) and a cheaper alternative to other Köln defenders Lukas Klünter (9m). Luca Caldirola (Werder, 5m) looks like the best cheap option right now, but when first team players get injured other names will come in to play too.

Midfielders

With midfielders, you are looking at wingers and attacking mids who are able to score and assist goals. In this game, you can also target box-to-box mids who are good going forward and do their defensive duties picking up a handful of duel points in the process.

There are several intriguing premium midfielders. Liverpool target Naby Keita (15m, RB) who bosses the midfield, Bayern duo Thiago (15m) and Arjen Robben (14m), not forgetting BVB’s tricky winger Ousmane Dembele (14m). Going down to 13m you find two set-piece takers in Vincenzo Grifo (M’gladbach) and Werder’s captain Zlatko Junuzovic.

At 11m there is a potential out of position player in Werder’s Fin Bartels, who finished last season strongly playing as a striker. For 10m you can invest in Köln’s Marcel Risse, who did well last season before suffering a knee injury.

Yevhen Konoplyanka (7m, Schalke) has suffered a big price drop because he was out of favor with S04’s previous manager but could emerge as a budget pick with a new man in charge.

Forwards

Goals are expected from your forwards, but also keep in mind that a striker winning regularly 15+ duels in a game will outscore a striker who scores a single goal but doesn’t do much else.

Bayern’s Robert Lewandowski (15m) is the only essential player in the game. BVB’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (15m) is close to that, but the lack of duel points last season means he just falls short. He is still, of course, an excellent pick and second name in most team sheets. With that being the case it mainly comes down to the third man in our forward line.

This third slot could be the one where you really play the fixtures. Almost everyone priced at 13m+ is a good pick with a few unknowns in the mix.

At 11m Nils Petersen (Freiburg) and Guido Burgstaller (Schalke) offer two solid cheaper alternatives. 19-year old Kaylen Hinds (5m, Wolfsburg) came from Arsenal this summer and has done well in pre-season, but it remains to be seen if he or any other cheap option can provide a bargain for our forward lines.

Additional Information

The week before the season starts all teams will be playing in the DFB-Pokal, German Cup, which gives a good indication into the starting lineups.

There is a learning curve to this game with a lot of stats based scoring rules so even if it initially might look hard, after a few weeks you’ll start to get the hang of it.

The game also hasn’t done any favors to new players by not including last seasons statistics. I don’t have much saved but will try to help from memory if there are any questions.

Can anybody describe what a duel is? Tackles, interceptions, clearances, dribbles? What are they?

There are a couple links in the original post that describe what they are. I'm still a bit confused--but it seems possible to get a good (but labor-intensive) approximation by adding up the figures on ligainsider.de for steals, duels won, aerial duels won, and tackles.

In this article: http://www.bundesliga.com/en/news/Bundesliga/noblmdwp-official-fantasy-bundesliga-expert-three-tips-for-assembling-fantasy-squad-429311.jsp there is a picture of the liveticker from last year which updated all stats live during the matches. That link doesn't work so I'm not sure if it's going to be up soon or not.
For now, the stats should update live here: http://www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/matchday/2017-2018/ when the matches start but it's a bit less user-friendly because you have to go to each game individually.

Thanks! Nice to see that dribbles are counted as duels. If Bruma gets nailed on (I guess he's a bench player for now), he'll be a great asset. He had around 5 successful dribbles per 90 last year playing for my team. Also fouled almost twice every game.

I checked Bruma's stats from last season. 2.5 shots, 4.4 dribbles, 1.8 fouled per game. That makes 8.7 duels won per game. I am very hopeful of him.

Correct. I agree with the point but that doesn't mean that it won't translate well to Bundesliga though. Teams are more defensive in Turkey, there is not much space for wingers to dribble. Considering Leipzig's style of play, I think he could have around 3 dribbles this season per90.

I'm a bit confused as to Caiuby's likelihood of starting this week--still not seeing anyone (including ligainsider, which seems quite good and up to date) projecting him for the starting lineup tomorrow. Does anyone think he has a very good chance to start, and if so why?

Thanks for the updates, they have been very helpful! Since this is my first time playing Bundesliga can anybody tell me there opinion about my team?

    Ulreich
    Hubner (s), Felipe, Orban
    Sahin, Ribery(s), Konoplyanka, Keita
    Lewandowski (s) Aubameyang, Petersen
    Baumann, Russ, Ordonez, Kamada

    Thanks, guys

Ordonez isn't a starter anymore. Russ/Kamada both seem like 50/50 to start but there isn't much in their bracket who play on the second day. Lienhart (Freiburg) at 6m is an option.

Baumann starting on the bench. Interesting. You could play him in the first eleven, since Hoffenheim had a great home record last season, and their squad is almost the same as last season. I also can't see Ulreich as anything more than a short term option. And if you were to downgrade Ulrech to a cheap sub Goalie, you could save up some transfer funds. That would let you bring in Neuer, if you wanted to.

      Very good team, otherwise.

If you have playing subs you will face the tough choice almost weekly of do you switch or do you stick (same thing with star players of course). It's hard to say exactly what score you should stick with, sometimes you make the right choice and sometimes you don't. If you have a cheap 5m defender who you isn't really very reliable you might not switch him in even for 5 points. Then if you have someone like Keita you could put him in even for 9 points, because his base score is a lot higher.

I'm really liking the scoring system of Fantasy Bundesliga so far. It encourages people to carefully study the players' overall performances as opposed to replying on goal involvement to make decisions. It makes the game very interesting.

To me, it boils down to 2 factors whether substituting and switching our star players is worth it:

      1. How are your starting eleven performing compare to their team in a game (e.g. Ribery for Bayern)?
This would help you work out an 'average' of what your player is, or should be, earning.

      2. For star players, do you think your second/third day players will perform better than first day players?
(E.g. Lewandowski on Friday, and Aubameyang on Saturday, both in my first eleven.)

1 for example, Ribery accumulated 8 points for me today. Without goal involvement, thats the same amount of points as Tolisso, Vidal and Rudy earned. Roughly, if your players don't earn the 'average' amount of points in a game, then its worth switching that star player in my opinion. But if your players earn nearly as much as their team's highest scorers in a week, it might be worth keeping that star player for me. Further elaboration in point 2.

2, if you have a player due to play after you initial star player, they'd have to perform considerably better to be worth giving the star to. If you can even predict how well they'll do in the game. Same applies for your substitutes.
Ribery is currently my star player with 12 points. He wasn't involved in any goals, but earned 4 points from duels won. Kalou plays Stuttgart tomorrow. He could score one, yes, and his team may win the match, earning 6 points. But aside from duel and chance creation points, Kalou will earn around the same amount as Ribery, as his earned duel points alone were equivalent to him scoring a goal.
As I haven't looked at many players' duel stats from last season, I can't provide evidence of this, and that may well be the deciding factor.
All of this comes down to prediction of course, but if you could be sure Kalou will perform outstandingly, then he would be worth switching to a star player.

I'll stick with Lowendowski on star player for now, and maybe even Ribery as well. Whatever happens, it'll be a learning curve for me as well. 🙂

Funny I was just going to ask a question about whether I should stick with Ribery as my star midfielder? Is 8 points decent for him considering he got no assists/goals/clean sheet.
I have Keita as well you think he could outscore 8 points?

      1. VS10_

Kos has some good thoughts above. I will stick with Lewandowski.
As for Ribery... this is what you have to get used to weekly. Keita got about 75% of his attacking returns at home last season. On the third post of this article you can also look at duel stats I posted and he averaged over 10 duels per game last season. If it was a decent home game I would definitely switch, now it's a tough decision.
You need to also take into account if you have anyone else you can trust it to before or after Keita. Many have Sahin but I think he is cheap for a reason, defensive but might take some free kicks, so I don't think he is really a star option right now, you just take the points you can get from a 5m player. Konoplyanka plays at the same time as Keita for me so he is ruled out. I could stick it on Leckie first but he is more of a steady scorer (duel points) than explosive.
With many unknowns, I'm inclined to play it safe at this point but it is quite boring and could still change.

    Team is locked in.

Made two more changes today though.

One was Russ out for Willems, the new left back/wing back. A prospect with a great track record of assists, and looks likely to start for Frankfurt on Sunday.
To make this transfer, I downgraded Kraft to a 1 mil keeper. Slight risk, but I have 1 mil left in the bank to upgrade Jarstein to any goalkeeper I want aside from Neuer. Should be flexible enough if anything goes wrong.

    Good luck, everybody. 🙂

Lesson learned: never trust the Sky Sports website with the Bundesliga team news.

They had Felipe confused with another 96 Hannover player Florian Hubner. Thought he wasn't playing, and I subbed him out.
Didn't check another source, unfortunately. 8 points lost to a technical error.

    124 here, from:

    Lewandowski (s), Aubameyang, Kruse

    Demirbay (s), Ribery, Sahin, Keita

    Hübner (s), Zagadou, Bartra

    Ulreich

Bench: Klünter, Bartels, 1m DF, 1m GK

Will definitely sell one of Demirbay/Ribery/Bartels for Caiuby to free up some cash for an upgrade at GK. Generally regretting having invested so much in Bremen (Kruse and Bartels have a brutal first two fixtures--first at Hoffenheim, now Munich), but otherwise things are looking good.

Nice one. Bartra's goal was quite a strike. Bremen had an amazing run in the last 10 games of the season scoring three goals per game on average but could still be a bit much at this point.

A few costly decisions this week prevented me from breaking 100, but my players have some pretty good fixtures runs in the coming weeks. E.g. Leipzig players, Dortmund, Vestergaard. So not much change is needed I think.

Thinking of swapping Kalou out for Caiuby. Or Traore, since Gladbach have Augsburg, Frankfurt and Stuttgart to play in the next few weeks.

Then I could upgrade Jarstein, and even my second GK if I wanted to.

Have been looking for CS probabilities. Leipzig, Dortmund, Bayern, Köln and Frankfurt have the best chances for CS. Hoffenheim have the 4th lowest one, so I think it might make sense to get Hübner out, or I can get Bell (Mainz) out and get Horn for cheap.

My FWs are Lewa, Auba and Werner so they are set. I do have to get Ulreich out though. I don't want to spend too much on goalkeepers but maybe I can get Hradecky with the extra money I have left from Bell or Hübner (or even Bürki).

Also, makes sense to have Nuri one more week. I'm happy with Keita-Caiuby-Pulisic and Ribery too. Bellarabi is intriguing though.

Here is what I am thinking for this week:

Hübner > Orban (double Leipzig defense)
    Bell > Horn
    Ulreich > Neuer/Bürki/Hradecky.

Does it make sense to have this rationale when making transfers for the week?

    1. VS10_
      • 10 Years

It's not quite 100% that Neuer is back in goal. Ancelotti said he is ready to play but they will decide later.
Willems at LWB (took some corners too) should be better valued than Hradecky and the way Frankfurt defend they don't usually allow many shots. Dortmund also has in Bartra and Sokratis two very good defenders for duels and some attacking threat over Bürki. Tbh, I'm struggling a bit with keepers at this stage, to replace Ulreich.

Like I said before, I'm also looking to shift Hübner, but knowing that he can win 15-20 duels in a game where they are under pressure and doesn't necessarily need a clean sheet.

      • 8 Years

I was also looking at CS odds today haha. Your rationale looks sound to me. I am stuck with Hübner for another week because I need to make too many changes elsewhere in my squad, but makes sense to swap him out for someone like Orban. If you're running low on funds you could consider a cheaper dude with good matchups coming up like Bartra or Naldo.

This week I think I'm rolling with

    Lewandowski (s), Auba, Kruse

Ribery (s), Pulisic, Sahin, Caiuby (Keita)

Klünter (s), Hübner, Bartra (Zagadou, 1m)

    Bürki (1m)

Got rid of Bartels, Demirbay and Ulreich for Pulisic, Caiuby and Bürki. Depending on injuries etc. will probably try to upgrade Bürki to Neuer next week, maybe by swapping out Hübner for someone like Naldo, and Zagadou (who should gain more value this week) for Framberger on Augsburg or another cheap starting defender (suggestions welcome). Struggled over Bürki vs. Gulacsi a bit but Leipzig's defense looked pretty bad last week (away vs. a tough opponent, I realize) and I think they're generally a bit overrated. Not sure if the previous season's save numbers have that much predictive value but Bürki saved significantly more than Gulacsi last season too.

9pts is fairly average for a forward in this game tbh.

Köln were really poor. HSV are usually regarded as the shit that won't flush but they've made a terrific start. Gisdol's seemingly close to signing former Bayern left-back Contento but he'd have a job getting in the team if this van Drongelen kid keeps performing.

      Will elaborate on this.

Lewandowski averaged 10ppg last season iirc, which was the highest. Forwards brought the most points, and the Bundesliga is notoriously a high scoring league.

Córdoba is a very good pick, because he can blank but still get steady scores. If he scores too then it's a haul (hit the post tonight). Auba for example doesn't guarantee a big score with a goal, but he does obviously score a lot of goals.

Tricky call. Let's say Keita does very well. If you switch and Keita gets 14p (x1.5=21p), you're at 30p from Pulisic and Keita. If you stick and Keita gets 14p, you're at 28p from those two. Because it's only 1.5x and not 2x like in FPL the difference is quite a bit smaller either way.

I'll be switching from Leckie's 7p(11p) to Keita and then still have Kono left if he fails badly.

Good perspective on that. But knowing that Freiburg are not a very difficult opponent, it is worth the risk imo. It leads to the question of him getting at least 10pts to make my decision justified. I believe he can do that so I did it.

Dan-Axel Zagadou has become amazing value for his price, right? I hope he can nail his starting spot.

Zagadou was in trouble against Bayern in the cup final before the season so I'm not sure if he is trusted in bigger games like Spurs away. If that is the case, Schmelzer will have to play the next league game to get match fitness. Zagadou's performances have got himself in contention for LB, but we will have to wait and see.

Yeah that's a good way to break down captaining Keita vs. Pulisic. I also think Keita's more likely than not to break 9 points (averaged 9+ last year anyway, and this seems like a fixture in which he's likely to overperform--obviously greater chance for a win than usual, and most of his goals and assists came at home last season), so I'll switch the star to him once the starting lineups come out. But yeah, not likely to make a major difference.

And that's helpful info on Zagadou, thanks. Been a great couple weeks, in any case, and will have made a handy profit on him if I end up swapping him out next week.

Anyone have thoughts on Tisserand and his prospects of future starts at Wolfsburg? Seems like a great bargain pick if he's going to feature regularly.

A very good spot there and that's a great price for Tisserand. He came straight in after transfer from Ingolstadt so looks good as a starter. Other CB's Bruma and Brooks are still months out with injuries too.

Set pieces takers now added below fixtures: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xFrkED2i2grFn8_Ygkl-sd7-7WcoCxNgGkfYdq_788U/edit#gid=0

Arango or someone else knowledgeable can probably point out some corrections/additions.

      Good addition.

Weiser takes some Hertha corners. I think Günter takes FKs for Freiburg. Meyer takes some set-pieces for Schalke when on the pitch, at least he was yesterday. Think Delaney is 2nd FK taker after Junuzović, remember him taking some last season with his left peg.

Haven't seen enough of the new look Stuttgart yet. Aogo/Burnić FKs? No idea.

Wendell on pens was a surprise to me. I know he took one last season (everyone had a go, even Toprak) but I suspected it would be Volland.

Max is on free-kicks for Augsburg. Not sure on Freiburg since Grifo left - their new signing Ravet is apparently a set-piece taker.

One thing people might not be aware of is that you actually can switch around your formation once the games have started. The last guy on the right of the line you're reducing automatically gets bumped off though (not sure if there's a warning message beforehand), so makes sense to set your lineup with that in mind--put the guys who play later in the week and/or are lower scorers in last so you're not forced to take out someone who already played and put up a good score.

Had another good week, ended up with 131 from:

    Lewandowski*, Aubameyang (Kruse)

    Keita*, Ribery, Pulisic, Sahin, Caiuby

    Bartra*, Zagadou, Hübner (Klünter, 1m)

    Bürki (1m)

Just watched the roundup of all gw2 matches.

Zakaria's goal was excellent, very Naby Keita-esque. Wish I wasn't reminded of Wolfsburg scoring 20 seconds after Haller hit the woodwork (again), and from a Willems corner also. Brutal.

Yarmelenko to Dortmund would be an interesting signing.

Now halfway into the break, they have decided to switch to unlimited transfers 🙄

Yarmolenko also added as a forward which makes a lot of sense when other BVB wingers are midfielders.

I thought Origi to Wolfsburg was interesting, not sure if he'll start immediately though.

As far as transfers go, at this point there's no downside to locking something in now, right? Is it pretty much like the season's starting over again?

Also anyone have thoughts on Sebastien Haller? Been a duel-point monster so far at striker, pretty young and in his first year in the BL too, but I'm not sure if the pace is sustainable or if he's cheap enough (12.5M) to justify bringing in for (in my case) Max Kruse.

Yeah, it's like a wildcard. Last season it was the second international break and winter break but not sure what they have in mind now that this happened already.

Haller is a bit like Cordoba where you expect him to get steady scores through duels and goal attempts and goals are a bonus. Kruse is the opposite, you need him to score and he doesn't do too well in duels.

Seen him a few times when he was playing for Utrecht and I really like him as a striker. Strong both on the ground and in the air, good finisher. Excellent penalty taker. I'm going big with Auba-Lewa and Werner but I may get him in the future.

Pretty much all the late transfers are a wait and see. Origi probably the most guaranteed to start but could be on the wing if they continue with one striker (Gomez). Passlack competing with Kaderabek, Toljan with Piszczek, Kampl with Leipzig's defensive and attacking mids.

Teams playing in Europe (Bayern, Leipzig, Dortmund, Hoffenheim, Köln, Hertha) will be playing every couple of days until the next international break. That is 7 games in total in just over 20 days. There will be rotation and you need to be prepared for players to be benched.

Lewandowski started all these games last season but then got benched in the first game after second int. break. Aubameyang got benched once early in the season. Bayern's risk areas are more wingers and centre mids. BVB don't really have a backup for Auba but could put a winger up front and their squad has less depth than Bayern's. Certainly not a reason to get rid of them two for me.

We don't really know how Leipzig, Hoffenheim, Köln and Hertha will approach the schedule. Leipzig have a lot of players for their four midfield and two striker slots. Keita, Forsberg/Werner in that order the least likely to be benched but not immune. Nagelsmann showed around the Liverpool games he mixes it up but the Europa league might not be as attractive as the possibility of getting to UCL. Hertha have options for their attacking slots too, as well as Köln.

Just make sure all your outfield players play and you will be ahead of a lot of others who put all their money to 11 players. If you want to play it a bit more safe it might be time to look at players who don't play in Europe, likes of Mario Gomez, Karim Bellarabi, Lars Stindl, Sebastian Haller, and their team mates.

Thanks, super helpful--lots of stuff I wouldn't have considered.

Here's my tentative lineup for next week:

      Aubameyang*, Origi (Lewandowski)

      Pulisic*, Sahin, Caiuby, Ribery (Robben)

      Upamecano*, Bartra, Willems, Tisserand (Naldo)

      Bürki, 1m

Suggestions welcome. I think I should have enough depth to cover for benchings/ineffectiveness here--certainly anticipating making some substitutions and formation changes after the early games next Saturday. Some things I took into consideration: I really like the next run of fixtures for Wolfsburg and Dortmund and I think in any match Ribery and Robben start they each figure to outperform everyone else at MF. Still, that's a big if, and I may still end up bringing in Keita and/or Bellarabi for one or both.

It's the risk and reward with those Bayern mids. Biggest rotation threat is those easy home games against Mainz and Wolfsburg before UCL matches. Although first UCL game v Anderlecht is also an easy looking home game which could help with league rotation. GW6 v Wolfsburg is the only time we get the Bayern lineup before the deadline. James, Müller and Coman are all fit now so it's 4-5 players into two positions depending on who plays number 10.

I'm looking to get in players from teams that I can see finishing strongly in the league this season, that aren't playing in European competitions and so don't risk as much rotation.

-Bayer Leverkusen haven't convinced me in their defence yet, but their attack has looked very good so far to me.
I'm definitely looking to get in one of Mehmedi or Bellerabi in my team as a medium priced midfielder/forward.
They have a fairly good fixture run, with only Schalke and Hertha Berlin to travel to in their next 6. Berlin of course could potentially rotate some of their players for the Europe League. I think they will have a much better season this time around.

-Schalke have some tough games coming up, but their win against RB Liepzig is proof they can go toe-to-toe with the stronger teams from last season. Konoplayanka looks to be a potential bargain so far, and their defence looks settled with clear first team options. E.g. Oczipka, Naldo and Fahrmann. I'm tempted to bring in the former this week, as Stuttgart at home looks tasty to me.
Despite finishing 10th last season, they had the 4th best defence record in the league, a tally shared by Dortmund, and that was with the Europa League competition to play in as well.

-Monchengladbach face Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Werder Bremen (away) and Hannover at home in their next 6, and could benefit from possible rotations in the away games against Leipzig and Dortmund. Their attack has looked impressive to me so far, with Hazard and Stindl being the standout options. Traore could be worth decent value if he can nail down a starting place. Ginter and Went look like decent mid priced options over the expensive Vestergaard. They also sport a decent fixture rotation with Leverkusen.

Of course, the teams in the European competitions may handle their squads well. Some players may start every game, one would hope. Fill free to share your opinions on which teams you think will perform well in the league the next couple weeks, despite the hectic fixture schedule for this month.

I did feel this could be Schalke's season after that opening day win over Leipzig but after that horrendous game against Hannover hard to say if anything has really changed. Their new young manager kind of forced long-time captain Höwedes out and the fans weren't too happy about that. I currently have two from them but could sell after next game when they have three tougher fixtures in a row.

Leverkusen signed striker Lucas Alario with a good record in Argentina for a relatively big fee but he is yet to be added to the game.

He should be pretty nailed with Alaba and Bernat injured for several weeks. Don't really remember if he did well last season when playing.

That position is now looking worryingly thin for Bayern. At least for now we have a kindly priced defender who's nailed on for the league champions.

Will probably see how he gets on and then look to buy next week. My plans are a bit all over the place now that Tisserand at 3.2m is a doubt so need to somehow upgrade him or just go with likely four defenders.

I still own a defender worth 1 mil. Assuming you don't have one of those, Tisserand could be transferred out for some spare change. Just a thought.

Hello guys, what do you think about this team?

    Burki, Reimann
    Orban*, Zagadou, Framberger (Hubner, Rafinha)
    Sahin, Ribery, Caiuby, Keita*, (Konoplyanka)
    Lewandovski, Aubameyang*, Mehmedi

    Thanks!

A lot of doubts there. https://www.ligainsider.de/ a good site if you're on a computer and can use the translation to English on Chrome. Framberger, Hübner, Caiuby. Schmelzer also ready to play again so Zagadou most likely drops out.
