The final countdown has begun with the new season kick-off now less than 24-hours away.

Earlier the week the ScoutCast grew gathered as the clock ticked down, with Jonty, Andy and Luke joining myself to tackle a raft of perfectly targeted questions from you – the community.

Each of us take turns to reveal our current line-ups, while the collection of queries allowed us to put each of the four positions under the microscope. On occasions, we even broke from the ScoutCast tradition to provide some definitive answers.

Pre-season gremlins struck as I dropped out in full flow on Paul Pogba, but I managed to return to steer the ship towards its final destination – the first weekend preview of the new campaign.

It’s good to be back.

            Cheers man, yeah there is the threat of rotation with Mikhi but he's just playing so well at the moment, i think Mourinho knows he has to play him.

      I would avoid Rangel. At 21% ownership, his price may crash as other 4.0 defenders become viable. Since he's not likely to play, I'd go elsewhere for my 4.0 and watch for opportunities.

        thank youu lol I've been here since pre season 2014, had Costa and Fabregas from the start. Still remember when I captained him vs Everton (A) lol and quite a few transferred him out. Consequetive top 10k finishes and a break later lol

    Mason won't play but neither will any 4.0 and want to avoid price drop. RLC I think will get limited time now that Palace have signed Fosu-Mensah, Milivojevic back to MF, just want a guaranteed starter if someone doesn't play unexpectedly.
