Can you call it a comeback? Avid listeners – and there are some, honest – will certainly hope that Granville’s return to ScoutCast action will be repeated.

          To me Alonso, Sanchez and Kane are players that I don't want anywhere near my team. I really do think that they're overpriced due to last season performances and that the gap between them and other players is not justified since it is a completely new and different season.

          It's the same every season, 2 or 3 players get overpriced because of their amazing PAST performances and don't deliver enough to justify the price gap. Remember Coleman, Van Persie, Aguero etc. etc.

          You save 4M by getting Kolasinac, De Bruyne and Lukaku instead of this trio, for example.

            I get that totally and with Sanchez I agree but Kane and alonso are different. People get distracted by alonso being a def which makes him seem expensive, for the points he's likely to get I don't think he is.
            With Kane he's consistent and will score mid20 goals which gives you a easy captain each week. You can do without all three by you'll need to nail the alternatives

              Yeah I understand the all idea "he will probably score more points than 7m midfielders". But he's not a midfielder so his price can't really be compared to them. You can have top defenders for 6m but you can't have top midfielders for 6m so too dangerous to go with a 7m defender imo.

        I think it would be silly to be on wildcard and leave Silva out, given that he looks nailed in a man city team... and the fact that it is David Silva. funny how 1 poor season and people have forgotten who he is.
