Saturday’s events conclude at the bet365 as Manchester United bid to reclaim the Premier League top spot with a victory at Stoke City.

Jose Mourinho’s side are awash with major Fantasy talent as Romelu Lukuku heads into the match as the top captain pick for a fourth successive Gameweek.

Over 179,000 (37%) back the Belgian with the armband who is under pressure to deliver after goals from the next three most popular picks – Harry Kane, Alexandre Lacazette and Alvaro Morata – earlier in the day.

Paul Pogba also boasts a swell of support. Owned by 1.8 million (37.5%), he wears the armband for over 203,000 managers this evening.

Meanwhile, Henrikh Mkhitaryan goes into the game as the most signed midfielder ahead of Gameweek 4, having claimed another 236,000 owners.

With Ander Herrera recalled to the Man Utd starting XI, it could be that Pogba is shifted up behind Lukaku this evening, with Mkhitaryan starting wide on the right.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Why is everyone ditching Yoshida? Yes he didn't play today but he played for Japan in the international break and has just done some serious long haul travel. With VVD not even on the bench yet I think Yosh will come in for Stephens next weekend.

Best team to pick a defender from at 4.8 or under for the next couple of weeks to rotate with Mee? Here are some options:

    A) Newcastle: STK, bha, LIV, sou
    B) Swansea defender (the problem is next GW): tot, WAT, whu, HUD
    C) Huddersfield: LEI, bur, TOT, swa
    D) Leicester: hud, LIV, bou, WBA
    E) Brighton: NEW, ars, EVE, whu
    F) West Ham: wba, TOT, SWA, bur

Here's how they rotate with Burnley:

    A) STK, HUD, eve, WHU
    B) tot/liv, HUD, whu, WHU
    C) LEI, HUD, eve, WHU
    D) hud, HUD, bou, WHU
    E) bou, HUD, eve, WHU
    F) wba, HUD, SWA, WHU

The best fixtures are probably found in a West Ham/Burnley rotation but West Ham's defence has been dodgy so far, although they have had 3 away games in a row.

Really not sure where to go with this team

    Foster
    Bertrand - Daniels - Suttner
    Eriksen - Mkhi - Salah - Atsu
    Kane - Lukaku - Gabbi

    Elliot - Carroll - Naughton - Long

Gabbiadini has to go. To get Firmino or Vardy I'd have to change Bertrand to a 4.9m defender

Otherwise i go Tammy / Bony but they have Spurs next (long term move I suppose) and beef up defence - Kolasinac and Davies at the forefront of my thinking that way

Have 2 FTs and 1m itb

Nothing but which defender do you go for?

Would leave me with Daniels + 3 x 4.5m (most likely) + Long.

Long term I'm not sure it's viable but I still have my WC

        1. fedolefan
          9 years, 1 month ago

Yeah, I know you have your WC, so that's like a short term move to maximize points. It weakens your defense for sure though. Just wait for the Monday game actually. Chicharito may change your mind. And as for a 4.9m or lower defender, maybe look at Leicester/Newcastle/Stoke?

    4. Yav

I'd focus on upgrading the defence. Gabbi to a Swansea striker and a defender to Davies. You'd also be able to get Kolasinac the following week.

I haven't been on here much over the international break but people were creaming over Lukaku on here from when the game was launched to at least the start of GW3. There's always been some who are less keen on him, and they have more to shout about now that Kane has scored and looks good and Lukaku "only" scored 1 in 2 games. Swings and roundabouts

            9 years, 1 month ago

            He shouldn't. He's 1m cheaper.

Selling when he's got 4 out of 4 is crazy. Could've been 5 if he had scored the penalty last week. And he's playing his old club next who just got smashed.

            1. Deulofail
              9 years, 1 month ago

A bias by the community? Are you upset that people tend to disagree with your personal opinion? If I take you and Greenback together, I could say you are biased for Lukaku. Well of course you are, you prefer him at this moment. Others prefer Kane. How is that a "bias" or a problem at all?

        1. Cok3y5murf
          9 years, 1 month ago

How are we biased? We didn't unreasonably support Lukaku. All we said was that it was crazy that people were selling after he's scored 4 out of 4, even if he looks like a donkey with a bad first touch.

Everything is an opinion. When I say there is a bias for Kane here, of course it's my opinion. I never said it was a fact. There were many instances where he's been overhyped unreasonably IMO, so I think it's bias. I could point them out, but what would we achieve? Like you said, we just have to agree to disagree.
