The Gameweek concludes at the London Stadium where West Ham are treated to their first home game of the campaign against Huddersfield Town.

At the start of the season, this appeared to be a fixture which would have seen us back the Hammers’ assets for returns. Three games in and the outlook is very different.

The Terriers turn up undefeated and with no goals conceded. That form has seen the likes of goalkeeper Jonas Lossl and defender Zanka pick up 8.4% and 10.4% ownership respectively. Meanwhile, playmaker Aaron Mooy is backed by 12.9% having produced a goal and an assist to this point.

But West Ham have the best-supported player on show tonight.

Chicharito is part of 1.4 million squads and is backed by 159,000+ (3.3%) with the captaincy.

Significantly, he’ll be supported by Andy Carroll in the West Ham attack, in what appears to be a 3-5-2 set-up deployed by the under pressure Slaven Bilic.

Joe Hart is the next best owned West Ham asset in action, although 71% of his 500,000 owners have chosen to bench him ahead of tonight’s clash.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I prefer Pogba. Wouldn't pick Silva. I like picking Vardy as a differential.

      Personally would do:

      silva > pogba
      lukaku > morata
Lowe > kola or chalobah > CM and Lowe > jones

    Elliot | Foster
    Alonso | Davies | Bertrand | Yoshida | 4.0
    Eriksen | Pogba | Phillips | Atsu
    Kane | Lukaku | Chicarito

    1 FT, 0.4 ITB

    GW5 Phillips -> Mooy (0.7 ITB)
    GW6 Bertrand -> Kolasinac (0.2 ITB)
    GW7 Yoshida -> Jones
    GW8 -> WC 2nd intertional break

    Comments? Better ideas?

Yeah, I completely agree. Chicarito is gone when I WC on 2nd international break. I think I can hold on until then with those transfers.

Better options for 5.7 and under than Mooy? Was looking Grob dude but not really sold on him. Would be only 2 weeks for Mooy (would play 4-3-3 with Jones GW7)

Yeah, thanks for your input. I looked all of those. It's different for me as it's so short term and fixtures are the most important thing. Burnley plays Pool, Stoke plays Newcastle, Chelsea, Soton.

Mooy gives 2 good fixtures and money to do Bertrand -> Kola for 2 amazing Gunners fixtures. I think I'm set on my plan if no injuries.

I think despite the perceived logic around here I am going to get rid of Lukaku for Kane and not Jesus. If I do that I can upgrade Chicharito to Vardy and downgrade, if I want to, Alli to Pogba for some kind of United attacking threat.

    Thoughts?

I thought that but Lukaku doesn't get BPS, Kane does and Vardy is in a better, higher scoring team than WHU and Chicharito. He was also involved in about 45% of Leicester goals last season and appears to be on pens this year.

    2. FantasyNik123
      • 12 Years
      8 years, 3 months ago

How can you get money for doing Lukaku to Kane, and then upgrade Chica to Vardy... those are both upgrades, do you have 4m in the bank?

      1. The Big Fella
        • 9 Years
        8 years, 3 months ago

2.4m. So, 0.8 for Lukaku to Kane and Chicharito to Vardy leaves me with 0.1 in the bank.

          • 12 Years

Wow somehow thought Lukaku was a 10.5. Silly me. Yeah I like that move considering Kane is the go to captain for 3/4 weeks.

            • 9 Years
            8 years, 3 months ago

Yes. Lukaku could be too but he doesn't get BPS and the only thing holiding my team back is poor captaincy decisions every week.

    3. Mini Mane Mo

I have just gone back through the weeks. He doesn't get BPS, even when he scores. Kane will get BPS when he scores though. I will bring him in on Thursday after the CL match..

I'd Alli if you don't have Eriksen + Davies.

I have both eriksen and davies

I tripled Spurs until 2nd international break. I'd go Alli. Both good options.

Bertrand and Long to Trippier and Jones for a hit?

Trippier is at risk from Aurier

No Trippier at risk with Aurier lurking. B.Davies is the better Spurs defender right now

Based on next 4 fixtures cash out Mooy for Choupo?

    Other options Richarlison Brady

I thought you had Richarlison? He's my pick of the four anyway, although I went Choupo-Moting myself for the price rises. (will probably become Richarlison on my WC)

I have Richarlison Brady and Mooy and want Choupo. Based on Huddersfield next 4 I think banking Mooy 0.1 profit not a bad idea

You must have a heavyweight front 3 and defence!

Brady is the one I like the least (was never convinced by the mini-bandwagon), but the Mooy profit may be worth it.

All my money Alonso Kala Lukaku Kane Firmino. Did KDB>Salah last week but gives me money for Stephens>Bavies

    Which combo is the best.
    A) firmino and 5.9 mid (this means change of formation to 4-3-3)
    B) quaner(bench fodder) and Alli/salah

Probably B, but it depends on who the 5.9 is replacing.

        Not much options there

Not much reliable options there. This position would most probably be benched

Firminio and bench fodder and leave 1.4 ITB

    3. Hoofedgod

      A) Ritchie as the 5.9m mid

Jones. Bad fixtures 8,10,11 though. I'm thinking Maguire (5.1) after 2nd international break and then get Jones back for GW12.

Jones but have players that can cover his 8,10 &11 fixtures, I have Naughton and Clark if that helps

    Which one would you choose?
    A. Hegazi > 5.8m
    B. Cedric Chicharito > 4.5m Firmino (-4)
    C. Save FT

    Elliot
    Bavies Jones Cedric Hegazi
    Mkhi Eriksen Salah
    Kane Lukaku Chicharito

    (Foster Chalobah TCarrol Mbemba)
    1FT, 1.1 ITB

I'm almost on the same boat.. just don't have that much money

I'll go Hegazi to a 4.5 and upgrade 4.5 mid
