The Gameweek concludes at the London Stadium where West Ham are treated to their first home game of the campaign against Huddersfield Town.

At the start of the season, this appeared to be a fixture which would have seen us back the Hammers’ assets for returns. Three games in and the outlook is very different.

The Terriers turn up undefeated and with no goals conceded. That form has seen the likes of goalkeeper Jonas Lossl and defender Zanka pick up 8.4% and 10.4% ownership respectively. Meanwhile, playmaker Aaron Mooy is backed by 12.9% having produced a goal and an assist to this point.

But West Ham have the best-supported player on show tonight.

Chicharito is part of 1.4 million squads and is backed by 159,000+ (3.3%) with the captaincy.

Significantly, he’ll be supported by Andy Carroll in the West Ham attack, in what appears to be a 3-5-2 set-up deployed by the under pressure Slaven Bilic.

Joe Hart is the next best owned West Ham asset in action, although 71% of his 500,000 owners have chosen to bench him ahead of tonight’s clash.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

      De Gea> 4.5 Keeper
      Lukaku> Kane

or if you want to keep Kaku

      De Gea> 4.5 Keeper
      Mikhi> Pogba
      Jesus> Kane

Don't know about others but tbh after the 2-2 game if Mou decides to change his mind, Blind may end up playing alongside Bailly or vice versa. Who knows.

So tough to pick three attackers, but in the CL game there some players that absolutely take the mickey. Like Ronaldo. And I would have Neymar, Cavani or Mbappe in there.

Basically I started with Ronaldo and Neymar and the filled in the gaps. Also have Jesus

    In: Abraham/Joselu, Doucoure, Bavies

Or just Chica+Hegazi to Abraham+Bavies and save the money for next week?

Defenders always a risky captain option. Low ceiling, harder to predict.

He blanked last week against Burnley. Most here would've predicted returns in that game and not Everton.

Hi guys, I have 2 FTs and 0.8 ITB and I was hoping you can help me utilize them best. Here is my team as it stands:

    Foster, Elliot
    Jones, Otamendi, Hegazi, Britos, Mbemba
    Salah, Mkhi, Eriksen, Atsu, Carroll,
    Kane, Lukaku, Chicharito

Should I use both transfers or just one? Here are my thoughts:

    1. Before this week started I was planning on upgrading Britos to Kiko, but then he came off injured with who knows what, and Janmaat came on and scored, so I am not sure that his place is secured even if he is ok.

    2. Hegazi - keep or sell?

    3. Atsu - I thought he looked good the first few games. Why didn't he start?

    4. Chicharito - don't like that he is playing on the wing now that Carroll is back.

    5. Salah - I really like him because he gets in good positions, but he misses a lot of chances. Do you think it would be wise to sell him and pick up Coutinho at 8.8, to unlock some more funds to upgrade my defense. I was thinking Salah and Hegazi to Coutinho and Davis.

Your thoughts and ideas are much appreciated!

but cout might not have the heart to play, but not forgetting he needs to fit for the coming world cup so....he might just hve to play his best or risk missing out. but theres still the JAN window...

The two moves you are thinking seem ok to me.
Salah to Cout seems a bit sideway and punty but it allows Bavies for Hegazi.

My 2 Transfers this week were Mane to Cout and Suttner to Davies.

We know the risks with Cout. But a diff that could pay off.

Looks ok why you would want Ederson at 5.5 is beyond me. Sorry I don't get it. Get a 4.5 in.
And a pool mid for Mkhi?
Then for a Lukaku and Kane team it look pretty good .
And with the mil or so saved you could go Alonso over Mendy.
I don't like City defence you obviously do 🙂

Lukaku will score lots. He costs a bit too. I don't think a Kane and Kaku team will work due to the sacrifices required for the rest of the team. Therefore one has to go and that is Kaku not Kane.

Am I missing something or are some people overhyping Man City's fixtures? The next 3 look harder than United's.

    City - WAT(A) CRY(H) CHE(A)
    United - EVE(H) SOU(A) CRY(H)

Both have Palace at home, so that's ruled out. Watford have slightly better defending stats than Everton, so could be a harder game. The only other one is Chelsea away vs Southampton away and that's a no-brainer.

After a decent start to the season, I feel like selling Willian to Chalobah, giving me three 4.5 mids.

Would give me 4 premium defenders, 3 premium fwds, and 2 premium mids. I'll pick 1 cheap to start out of 5 every week (3 mids + 2 defs).

    Crazy? If so, why?

      I started with 523
      Did a WC to 433
      And really considering 532 now.

A 532 can give you this 11 with 4.5 mids and forward

      Foster

      Alonso Davies Kola Jones Cedric

      Eriksen Cout

      Kane Morata Vardy

Cheers, you have three 4.5 mids too? Which ones? And who's your front 3?

I am on Kane, Lukaku, Firmino upfront, and would have to play one of Chalobah, RLC and Carroll or Mee each week.

I like this approach too it would allow Jesus over Vardy for an insane back 4 and front 3. If you got lucky with the 4.5 mid it's gold.

The 4 at the back is more flexible - like it.
