Careering out of the international break at speed, the ScoutCast returns in anticipation of a turning point in our seasons.

We’ve been chattering for several weeks on the much anticipated “fixture swing”, and now we’re all set to put ourselves at its mercy.

What does it mean for our Fantasy line-ups?

In truth, with multiple transfers and Wildcards at our disposal, Jonty, Andy, Luke and myself started this latest episode still seeking our own answers. Over almost 90 minutes and with your community questions providing the steer, we do our best to reach some conclusions.

We weigh up Manchester United exit plans, Liverpool’s blunted attack and Jamie Vardy’s recuperation techniques, before previewing Gameweek 8 in the usual hap-hazard style.

      They don't have the exact algorithm as it's kept secret. The numbers are therefore a guide. Note also that wildcard transfers don't affect the price rises/falls, and fplstats has no way of tracking which transfers are wc and which are not.
      It's very accurate outside of highly active wildcard weeks

        Tough fixtures where? Their next 3 are Liverpool, Man U and Palace. Liverpool will leak a goal or two the way they play, Man U might be a stiffer test and then Palace.

        7 goals 1 assist in 7 GW, playing 90 mins every game. Think he will keep his form, i have no reason to doubt him. Had Jesus, dont like the rotations and minutes for a player in that pricerange, but its just my opinion. Might play more now that aguero is out, but he will be back soon.

      Tough call. Probably David Luiz, just. One thing to bear in mind with Otamendi is he is 2 yellows away from suspension. Always likely to be rotated too.
