Pep sunk his teeth into our Gameweeks, while an old moggy took a chunk out of my partner’s arm, depriving me of my appearance on this week’s ScoutCast. I’m not sure which was more painful.

At the mercy of the local A&E, Jonty, Andy and Az became my other emergency service as they stepped up on this latest episode.

Inevitably, Guardiola’s Man City teamsheet dominates your questions and the ensuing chatter. Elsewhere the boys re-appraise Kane after his Wembley haul, revisit Liverpool with their fixtures about to swing and consider whether the heavy-hitting midfielders are poised for a renaissance ahead of Gameweek 10.

As far as I know, I’ve edited out all the “pussy” jokes.

    If Sane plays and scores well next match I think despite all the Pep nonsense he can be considered nailed, I'll get him in for free before he rockets in price for David Silva for gw11.

      When looking at Sane or Sterling the question you need to ask is will they score enough points in the games they start to make up for the blanks - the answer is probably yes.

      Can you stand the frustration when they are benched though? And the constant second guessing of City team news!

      I wouldn't worry much. Carrillo played the same role previously and provided the same amount of threat. RP is the better player, but the impact on Richarlison is negligible.

    I've been on Gomez all week due to his ability to play RB and CB, and because I think his bonus could skyrocket if he plays CB, but the discussion on the last page seemed to favor Moreno. I find Moreno sort of meh, but I also want the more nailed player in a wildcard. What say you?

          I think Moreno passes the eye test recently and is regaining some form under Klopp and a run in the team
          But I really don't know enough about Gomez.
          Also there is always a threat of rotation with TAA and Robertson is there not?

            I'm 80% leaning towards Gomez due to his ability to play both CB and RB. I have this odd feeling that Robertson could actually wrestle the LB position away if he picks up in training, while I think Gomez is going to find his way into the side...somewhere.

    Any mods around? Would there be a way to sort the comments by 'Replies' (as in how many replies a comment has) (this would be in the filters alongside Rating, Sticky and Date)?

    Think it would be a good way to uncover the posts that have some discussion attached as these are usually the most beneficial.

          Very good team but just like me you have three potential no shows/limited minutes and I’m not sure about RLCs minutes either so it could turn ugly. If anything, Davies to someone but that depends on what you’re looking at going forward defensively? Maybe Stones?
