Pep sunk his teeth into our Gameweeks, while an old moggy took a chunk out of my partner’s arm, depriving me of my appearance on this week’s ScoutCast. I’m not sure which was more painful.

At the mercy of the local A&E, Jonty, Andy and Az became my other emergency service as they stepped up on this latest episode.

Inevitably, Guardiola’s Man City teamsheet dominates your questions and the ensuing chatter. Elsewhere the boys re-appraise Kane after his Wembley haul, revisit Liverpool with their fixtures about to swing and consider whether the heavy-hitting midfielders are poised for a renaissance ahead of Gameweek 10.

As far as I know, I’ve edited out all the “pussy” jokes.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday night. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

If you’re a traditional type, you can acquire the mp3 audio version via this link on the first player below, or take in the full visual experience via the second player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

      No

      Will be gone when Prodl/Kaboul back.

      Could even be gone sooner if we switch to 2 CB and Britos and Kabasele play

    Would be very grateful for help. Have gone from 1.5m to 500k in two weeks and don't want to drop again

    Pope / Elliot
    Alonso / Bavies / Otamendi / Cedric / Ward
    Hazard / Sterling / Richarlson / Choppy-Moopy / TC
    Kane / Jesus / Joselu

    0.2 itb

    A: Haz-> Salah
    B: Haz, Bavies -> Salah, Duffy/Naughton
    C. Haz, Joselu-> Salah, Diouf
    D. Sterling, Bavies -> Salah, Duffy, Naughton

    Got haz in on the wildcard and he has been poor (not just lack of pets but lack of shots!). Salah's stats and fixtures are amazing. Sterling is a rotation risk but equally has so many shots/chances

      D for me.
      I brought in Hazard on my WC as well and have a somewhat similar predicament this week. I'm likely doing Sterling, Bavies out for Salah & 4.6 defender. Duffy is a great choice but I'm considering Gomez instead.

    Advice needed. What would you do with my team if anything. Have 0.4 in the bank. Have used my transfer bringing in Otamendi for Davies.

    Foster
    Jones Otamendi Mee Kolasinac
    Ericsson Sterling Silva
    Kane Lukaku Abraham

    Sub - Fabianski Mbemba Sánchez Chalobah

    There are doubts over Kane, Sterling could be rotated and my bench is poor. I had a terrible week last week so need to bounce back

    Do I take a points hit to either
    A - Replace Kane with Morata
    B - Replace Sterling (open to suggestions)
    C - Hold my team.

            Yer. They don't half twist a story into whatever they want it to be . Worse thing is the folk on here trying to convince others that he's out. Poch is coy on injuries anyway. Not sure how him saying wait and see means he's a doubt

              That's what I mean mate. I'm saying he was fatigued in the first half and so going down in the second half is, in my opinion, a result of him being tired rather than injured.

          That's just a typical Poch comment. Means nothing really.

          The only plus side is with an away game someone should know if he flies up or not.

          I said earlier today with Real, Liverpool, League Cup, Utd, Real in 2 weeks, Kane was never going to feature yesterday whatever condition he was in.

          Doesn't mean he's fit, doesn't mean he isn't.

    DDG vs Elliot?

    Is this as simple as if Kane plays, DDG is out?

      Tbh, I just prefer Elliot for this fixture. We all know what United's game plan will be, but it feels wrong playing DDG when Kane is potentially facing him down... especially with Elliot vs. Burnley.
