In our continued quest to mirror the Fantasy Football season, this latest ScoutCast episode is missing a key player, but shuffles the pack and brings on stars from the bench.

Quivering from the midweek rotation, Jonty and Az begin proceedings before Granville is introduced to add his experience to the line-up. Then, late on, Andy arrives to shore things up and see the team through the final testing period. Me? I’m ruled out and left to watch from the stands.

The ever-changing line-up does a fine job contending with another round of community questions, as they assess the midfield template and consider goalkeeper recruits in the light of Rafa’s tinkerings. Then Granville rolls back to a classic ScoutCast question, lambasting United fan Andy for celebrating a City goal to ask which comes first, your football team or your Fantasy team?

          The way your team is so solid I'd be inclined to keep him but maybe try save 2FT for when that time comes. Not much else to upgrade. If Niasse fails and doesn't play then maybe downgrade Aguero

      The difference with my team is Mee/Ward, Naughton/Bavies, RLC/Tarroll and Kane/Morata. Looking forward to get Kane next week.

      I think he will start and come off after 60. Needs to be there for width against Newcastle who will surely sit pretty deep

          Hard to think like Conte but the fact he rested Azpilicueta first and not Alonso I think shows he's a little harder to replace

        Yep an extreme amount I know, not something I'm happy about but I will move funds into midfield soon.

        Want Richarlison and RLC in soon, particularly the former for his run after Burnley.

        Walker will make way, not done enough.

      There doesn't seem to be any concrete news - Most articles I read seem to think he'll play, though - although not sure any are really in-the-know. Here's one:

    Next weeks captain looks a toughie. I’ve got a difficult choice:

    Mane (EVE) great at home. Everton poor defensively and not sure Big SAM will have changed this in time.

    Salah (EVE) the gift that keeps on giving.

    Kane (STK) he got his home goal at the weekend. Stoke up there with the worst defences in the league.

    Hazard (whu) poor defence, poor team, poor manager.

          Nah! RLC is the enabler not the main target in this transfer so it is not sideways. I would expect RLC to do better in terms of points per £ than Zaha and Alonso will do much better than Laca. Good moves IMO!

    I want to bring in Hazard and get rid of Morata, I think. I would have to do it in 2GW though. Morata may look better in that time too meaning I will not do it. I would sell Pogba in midfield to fund it. Which strikers at 8m or less should I keep my eye on. I was thinking Rooney may become a possibility as Allardyce will do well at Everton. Giroud as well but will have risen by then. Vardy is already too much. Any other suggestions?

      There really is a lack of mid price strikers this season. Rooney seems the only semi-viable option ATM.

        Semi being the operative word. I may just stick with Morata. Hazard is in great form but the team just looks a lot less balanced with a mid-priced striker instead of two premiums.

      If Rooney was playing up top then maybe, but he's not so I would avoid. Better value elsewhere imo. I think a punt on Benteke (7.6) or Andre Gray (6.3) could work out considering the run of fixtures. It is a risk that may not work out though..

    Need to sort out my goalie situation, wanted to go Elliot to Courtouis, but need to free up cash elsewhere to do that. Could go Jesus/Choupo to Niasse/Hazard for a -4 and do that.

    Otherwise, should I just be boring and do a FT to upgrade Elliot to Pope, and try and get Hazard at a later date? Afraid I will be priced out of that move if he does well though.
