Anyone else thinking that the xG for Lacazette and Sanchez is a bit inflated because of the DDG double saves?
i.e. if a players takes a shot which is saved and then gets a rebound that counts as two chances which could be 0.6 xG each so 1.2 overall however only 1 goal could actually have been scored as if the first went in then the second chance wouldn’t have happened.

The guy that runs the FPL statistics website is really dedicated! I was just looking around the rest of the website (only ever use the table) and went to the news bit. He identifies rule changes and then adapts the code accordingly. I can't believe people compain about a free website like that when it requires as much effort as it does to maintain!

Yeah. Occasionally there are small blips but on the whole it is very precise and a useful tool for giving a very accurate, even if not 100% all the time perfect, idea of price changes. I really cannot understand people complaining about it!
